Operating conditions and maintenance of mine high-pressure pumps
In order to maintain high-efficiency and stable working conditions of high-pressure mining pumps, the pump must be maintained and repaired frequently. The maintenance interval depends on the operating conditions of the pump.
Mine high-pressure pump operating conditions and life
1. Under clean water conditions (solid particle content is less than 0.1%), this type of pump runs for 6000h without major repairs, and the efficiency drop does not exceed 6%.
2. Under the condition of solid particle content of 0.1% to 1% sewage, this type of pump runs for 5000h without major repair, and the efficiency drop does not exceed 6%.
3. Under the condition of solid particle content of 1%~1.5% sewage, this type of pump runs for 3000h without major repair, and the efficiency drop does not exceed 6%.
Maintenance of mine high-pressure pump
Regularly check the performance of the mine high-pressure pump (such as flow, head, vibration, etc.) and make records. According to the recorded data, analyze whether the pump is working properly, whether it needs repair, or determine which part to repair.
Under normal conditions, if you insist on accurate testing, recording, and regular summary records, then you can get reliable information about whether the pump needs maintenance according to the operating conditions.
In addition to monitoring the pump at the specified time, the following maintenance is frequent:
A) Check whether the pump base, pump, and motor are tight, if loose, it will cause pump vibration.
B) Check the condition of the instrument and lead wire, check whether the pipeline is leaking or loose, or other forms of damage, if repair is required, it should be repaired immediately.
C) The packing gland should not be pressed too tightly, otherwise it will affect the life of the packing.
D) Bearing grease should be added every 100 hours of work.
