Single Stage Chemical Pump

INTRODUCTION

Single stage chemical processing pump is designed base on API610 and VDMA24297 standard. It is a single stage end suction cantilevered volute pump. The pump body is foot supported, end suction impeller, axially suction and radially discharge. The hydraulic balance of the axial force is due to the front and rear ring and the balance hole. The shaft seal includes mechanical seal, packing seal and single or double cartridge seal. Mechanical seal will be equipped with cooling, flushing or sealing fluid system. It can handling inorganic acid and organic acid solution such as sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid and phosphoric acid, alkaline solution such as sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate, salt solution, liquid petrochemical product, organic compounds and other corrosive fluid.

STRUCTURE

1.The structure is a rear door type, so it is not necessary to disassemble the suction and discharge pipes during maintenance, which is easy for maintenance.

2.The rear cover of the impeller has a sealing ring, which can basically balance the axial force, and the residual unbalanced force is received by the thrust bearing.
