Process of rolling water system
(1) Rolling mill clean cooling water process: the system is not mainly used for cooling of rolling mill motor device. The used water flows into the clean hot water pool and has been pressurized into cooling water pool and then to recycle.
(2) Rolling mill turbid circulating process:The system mainly supplies slag and rolling mill jet cooling. The used water flows into the cyclone well. The precipitated water is pressurized to the slag for recycling. The other part of the water is pressurized and sent to the chemical degreasing tank. The water flows into the turbid ring hot water pool, and is filtered and to the upper cooling tower. The cooled water enters the cold water pool, and is then to recycle. The sludge is partially pressurized and sent to the sludge concentration tank for treatment.
(3) The oily wastewater discharged from each unit site of the cold rolling workshop. The emulsion and oil wastewater generated by the pits and rolling mills of the pickling mill combined unit.
