Mr.Panshiqun is a member of Communist Party Of People's Republic Of China and a senior mechanical engineer. He is also the founder and President of Changsha Zoomlian Pump Co., Ltd. and GM of LSD Energy Conservation Technology Co., Ltd. He is a legend in the pump industry, engaged in water pump design and development for more than 20 years.

He and his team have solved one scientific problem after another with its unique technological innovation and advanced design concept, and developed various energy-efficient centrifugal pump products His business and products are well known in the pump industry. Facing the increasing competitive pump industry, his company has become a highly respected and most valuable centrifugal pump manufacturer and a service provider in the fields of electricity, petroleum, metallurgy, mining, paper Environmental protection, energy, urban water supply and national defense construction with differentiated products, perfect service and strong competitiveness.

Mr Guanjingfan is a PhD.supervisor in Jiangsu Fluid Machinery and Engineering University. He graduated from Harbin Institute of Technology in 1962, majoring in hydraulic machinery. After graduation, he stayed at the school and then moved to Northeast Heavy Machinery College and Gansu University of Technology for teaching. In 1986, he was transferred to Jiangsu University of Science and Technology. He used to be the Institute of Fluid Machinery of Jiangsu University of Science and Technology as well as the director of the National Physical Education and Engineering Professional Teaching Steering Committee.

For 50 years, he has been engaged in teaching and experimental research on pumps on site of production line. He proposed non-blocking pump design and the pump been manufactured is widely used throughout the country. The three-dimensional pump hydraulic design software, pump technical support and selection software, and low head pump selection software are all developed by Mr. Guanjingfan were well received nationwide. The series of axial flow pump models, oblique flow pump models, cross-flow pump models and two-way pump models, which have been used in 9 of 17 pump stations on the east line of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project. The single-stage pump model, double suction pump model, multistage pump model, desulfurization pump model, spiral centrifugal pump model, induction wheel and other models designed by Mr. Guanjingfan have been used by many other pump factories across mainland China.

Mr.Limao is one of the co-founders in Zoomlian. He has been engaged in pump industry for over 40 years and taken part in developing company’s patented product self balancing multistage pump. With years experience of on-site construction, he can propose practical and feasible overall technical solution according to the on-site conditions and has successfully provide solutions for more than 500 clients who are well appraised of him. Particularly in the fields of mine industry, chemical industry and power industry. With the spirit of innovation and persistence, the technical team he is leading finally fill the gaps of conventional multistage pump through multiple times of analysis and hydraulic model test which is a big breakthrough in pump industry. Mr Limao has always been an expert in the eyes of our clients and his team.

Joann has been join Zoomlian for 10 years from being an account executive to the sales director. She has not only familiar with pumps and its industry, but also leading the sales team to make Zoomlian one of the largest multistage manufacturers in the industry in a miraculous speed. Under her leadership, she carried out a series of training to improve industrial know-how and service for sales team, and enhance management, team awareness as well as collaboration and coordination.
