Self Priming Non Clogging Sewage Pump

INTRODUCTION

ZW non-clogging self-priming sewage pump has both self priming and sewage discharge function. It likes self priming pump for clean water without foot valve and pouring lead water. It can suck and discharge the large grain and long fiber and sediment and impurity in the waste water. The Max grain diameter can be 50% of caliber for pump; Length of fiber is 1.5 times as impeller caliber for pump, sediments, waste mineral impurities, fecal sewage treatment and all engineering materials and colloidal liquid completely alleviate labor intensity.  Compared with the domestic similar products, it has merits of simple structure, good performance and high self-priming and sewage discharge. It is a domestic initiative product among the sewage pump series. The technique guide line has reached the international top level and has good develop foreground. 

WORKING CONDITION
1. Ambient temperature less than 50 degrees centigrade, medium temperature less than 80 degrees centigrade. 
2. Medium PH: 6-9 for cast iron material, and 2-13 for stainless steel material.
3. Gravity of medium: not exceeding 1240kg/m3.
4. Self-priming height: not exceeding the specified value by 4.5-5.5m, and the length of suction pipe less than 10m.
6. Through put capacity: the diameter of suspending particles not exceeding the 60%
of pump caliber, and the length of fibre less than the 5 times of pump caliber.
