1. When the liquid level of the stainless steel vertical multistage centrifugal pump is higher than the pump inlet, the closed system or open system:
1. Close the drain isolation valve and loosen the vent screw on the pump head.
2. Please pay attention to the direction of the exhaust port and ensure that the water flowing out will not cause injury to people or damage to the motor or other components. In hot water installations, pay special attention to the risk of scalding caused by hot water.
3. Slowly open the isolation valve on the suction pipe until a steady flow of liquid flows out of the exhaust valve.
4. When the stainless steel vertical multistage centrifugal pump is started, tighten the exhaust screw and open the isolation valve completely.
2. When the liquid level of the stainless steel vertical multistage centrifugal pump is lower than the pump inlet open system:
1. The suction pipe and pump must be filled with liquid and exhausted before starting the pump.
2, close the drain isolation valve. Unscrew the bypass valve against the stop a small amount.
3. Remove the filling plug and pour liquid from the filling port until the suction pipe and pump are completely filled with liquid, and then tighten the bypass valve again.

When the piping system has been filled with liquid, slowly open the isolation valve until it is fully opened.
