Installation Technology of Corrosion and High Temperature Pump
Corrosion and high temperature resistant pump installation technology:
1. The key to the installation technology of corrosion-resistant and high-temperature pumps is to determine the installation height of the corrosion-resistant and high-temperature pumps (ie suction lift). This height refers to the vertical distance from the surface of the water source to the center line of the impeller of the corrosion-resistant and high-temperature pump. It cannot be confused with the allowable vacuum height. The allowable vacuum height indicated on the product manual or nameplate of the corrosion-resistant high-temperature pump refers to the corrosion resistance. The vacuum value on the cross-section of the water inlet of the centrifugal pump is measured by a test at 1 standard atmospheric pressure and a water temperature of 20 degrees Celsius. It does not consider the water flow after the suction pipe is installed. The installation height of the corrosion-resistant and high-temperature resistant pump should be the value that allows the suction vacuum height to subtract the loss head of the suction pipe, and it must overcome the actual terrain suction height. The installation height of the corrosion-resistant high-temperature pump cannot exceed the calculated value, otherwise, the corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump will not be able to pump water.
2. The magnitude that affects the calculated value is the resistance loss head of the suction pipe. Therefore, it is advisable to adopt a shorter pipeline layout and install as few fittings as elbows. It is also possible to consider appropriately matching larger diameter water pipes to reduce the flow velocity in the pipe.
3. It should be pointed out that when the elevation and water temperature of the corrosion-resistant and high-temperature resistant pump installation site are different from the test conditions, if the local altitude is above 300 meters or the pumped water temperature exceeds 20 degrees Celsius, the calculated value shall be corrected. That is, the atmospheric pressure at different altitudes and the saturated steam pressure when the water temperature is higher than 20 degrees Celsius. However, when the water temperature is below 20 degrees Celsius, the saturated steam pressure is negligible.
4. From the perspective of pipeline installation technology, the suction pipeline requires strict air tightness and cannot leak air or water, otherwise the vacuum at the water inlet of the corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump will be destroyed, and the water output of the corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump will be reduced, even in severe cases. Can't get water. Therefore, it is necessary to do a good job in the connection of pipelines carefully and maintain the construction quality of pipeline connections.
