Correct maintenance method of submersible pump

   Submersible pump is an important equipment for deep well water lifting. When in use, the whole unit is submerged into the water to work and extract the groundwater to the surface, which is used for domestic water, mine rescue, industrial cooling, farmland irrigation, seawater lifting, ship load adjustment, and fountain landscape.

 

  The correct maintenance method of submersible pump:

   1. Check whether the sealing ring is aging, if it is aging, replace it.

  2. Use a 500V shaker to check whether the insulation resistance of the submersible pump or sewage pump is above 0.25MΩ, otherwise the submersible pump or sewage pump should be disassembled and the coil should be dried.

  3. Check the wear of the bearing. If there is obvious abnormal noise or blockage during rotation, the bearing of the same model and specification should be replaced.

  4. Check whether the hoses connected to the submersible pump and the sewage pump are firm. If they are loose, they should be tightened. Tighten all nuts on the submersible pump and sewage pump.

   5. Before disassembling the submersible pump, mark the joint between the front and rear end cover and the base. In order to assemble it as it is after repair, it will not cause assembly errors and cause the shaft to be misaligned; when disassembling the impeller and shaft sleeve of the submersible pump, it should be noted that you must not hard punch, use the principle of thermal expansion, while heating Tap or use tools such as'pull horse' to remove it.

6. The reasons for winding burnout should be analyzed (overload, pump jam, phase loss, water leakage, short circuit, etc.). When disassembling the motor winding, do not make the silicon steel sheet tilt, shift, and burr, so as to avoid knocking when assembling the new winding. When the bell mouth's cause grounding or short circuit fault. When rewinding a new coil, the enameled wire and insulating paper must be produced by a regular manufacturer, because the heat resistance of the submersible pump motor is generally E and B grade.

  7. Clean the housing of the submersible pump and the sewage pump. If the rust is severe, it should be painted again after the surface treatment.
