How to reduce the energy consumption of the water pump?

3. The axes of the pressurized water chamber and the impeller do not coincide. According to the test, when the pressure chamber of the pumped water is deviated from the axis of the impeller by 2 mm or the declination angle is greater than 2 degrees, the pumped water volume of the pumped water will be reduced by 5%-6%. When overhauling, it is only necessary to measure carefully, carefully locate the position where the axes coincide and install it securely, which can reduce the oil or power consumption of the pump during operation by 6%-7%.
4. The blade installation angle is inconsistent. When the blade installation angle of the pump water is inconsistent, the pump water volume of the pump water will be reduced by 5%. When overhauling, use the angle ruler to measure accurately and install it firmly, which can reduce the fuel consumption or power consumption of the pump water by 5%-6%.
