2. During operation, if the water output is significantly reduced, the motor suddenly stops or there is an abnormal sound and the pump needs to be lifted for inspection, the power must be cut off first.
3. If the grounding is poor, if there is leakage in the switch, unit or circuit, the power supply should be cut off immediately, and the inspection and treatment should be carried out.
4. Water with high sand content cannot be extracted, especially the submersible electric pump with mechanical seal.
5. "Open" and "stop" should not be too frequent. Restart after 3-5 min interval after shutdown.
7. During operation, it is strictly forbidden to wash things in the well water pool, and do not turn on or turn off the electrical switch with wet hands and bare feet to prevent the electric pump from leaking.
8. The power supply should be selected according to the regulations. If the power supply and the water pump are far apart, the cross-sectional area of the wiring cable should be appropriately increased, and the number of joints should be as few as possible to ensure that the normal voltage is between 342-418 V. To ensure safety, an iron rod over 1 m can be buried in the wet ground near the power supply or water pump as the ground wire.
9. It cannot be dehydrated. If you need to test the machine on land, the running time should not exceed 5min. During the pumping process, if the water level keeps dropping, be careful not to let the submersible pump run above the water surface.
10. After starting the pump, if the impeller of the pump is reversed, resulting in less or no water output, it should be stopped immediately, and the wiring of any two phases of the three-phase core wires in the cable can be reversed to make the pump run forward.
11. When the submersible pump is put into the water or lifted out of the water, the rope on the ear must be pulled, and the cable must not be pulled.
12. Do not immerse in water for a long time when not in use, and should be hung in a dry and ventilated room.
13. The integral sealing box is the key sealing component of the submersible electric pump, and its quality directly affects whether the motor can operate normally. After the submersible pump has been running for 50 hours, it should be lifted to the ground for inspection.
14. After 1 year of use, the rust condition of the submersible electric pump should be checked comprehensively and painted to prevent rust. After 1-2 years, carry out a major inspection, disassemble all parts for inspection, scrubbing, rust removal and descaling, and then reassemble.
15. After the machine is stopped, it must wait for the water in the pipe to return before starting. If the water still does not come out after starting, the reason should be found out.
