Precautions for hydraulic pump operation
(1) Before running
①Whether the installation of the hydraulic pump is accurate and reliable, whether the screws are tightened, and whether the coupling installation meets the requirements;
②Whether the pump body is filled with oil;
③Whether the rotation direction of the pump is consistent with the inlet and outlet ports;
④ Whether the safety valve of the hydraulic system is adjusted to the specified pressure value.
(2) Running
Do not start at full speed abruptly when starting. The prime mover should be switched several times in the unloaded state of the system before continuous no-load operation. The purpose is to remove the air in the pipeline as cleanly as possible. After no-load operation for 1 to 2 minutes, there is no abnormal phenomenon. Gradually load, there should be no abnormal vibration, noise and leakage during the loading process, otherwise immediately stop the machine for inspection and analysis, and troubleshoot.
(3) After the operation is over
If the pump is not used for a long time, drain the oil in the pump and fill it with oil with lower acid value. Coat the exposed processing surface with anti-rust oil, and seal each oil port with screw plugs to prevent dirt from entering.
