Work before multi-stage wear-resistant centrifugal pump overhaul
After the overhaul of the multi-stage wear-resistant centrifugal pump, the following preparations should be made before commissioning:
(1) Remove all debris from the pump base and surrounding wear-resistant multi-stage pump, clean up the site and make the site clean.
(2) Check whether the valve is flexible to open and close, and whether the instrument is sensitive; clean (wash) the pipeline.
(3) Check the tightening of the corner bolts of the motor and pump base.
(4) Check whether the sealing part meets the requirements and the cooling shell is intact and unblocked.
(5) Lubrication system is filled with lubricating oil according to regulations.
(6) Check whether the motor of the centrifugal pump is idling, and check whether the direction of rotation is correct. After correcting, connect the coupling to correct it.
