Before installing multi-stage pumps for coal mine drainage, the size, position, elevation and bolt hole position of the horizontal foundation should be reviewed, whether they meet the design requirements, the equipment should not have missing parts, damage and corrosion, etc., and the nozzle protection and blocking cover should be intact ; The barring truck should be flexible, without blocking, jamming, or abnormal noise, and the pump installation should be carried out after the concrete strength meets the design requirements. Precautions for installation of multistage pumps for coal mine drainage under the mine:
1. Under the conditions permitted by the geographical environment, the pump should be as close to the water source as possible to reduce the length of the suction pipe. The foundation of the pump installation should be firm, and special foundations should be repaired for fixed pump stations.
2. The water inlet pipeline should be sealed and reliable, must have special support, and can not be hung on the pump. The progress water pipe equipped with a bottom valve shall be installed as far as possible with the axis of the bottom valve perpendicular to the horizontal plane, and the angle between the axis and the horizontal plane shall not be less than 45 °. When the water source is a channel, the bottom valve should be more than 0.50 meters above the bottom of the water, and the net is added to prevent debris from entering the pump.
3. The base of the machine and pump should be level and the connection with the foundation should be firm. When the belt drive of the machine and pump is known, the tight side of the belt is down, so the transmission efficiency is high, and the direction of the pump impeller should be consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow; when the coupling is used for transmission, the machine and the pump must be coaxial.
4. The installation position of the water pump should meet the requirement of allowing the vacuum height to be sucked. The foundation must be level and stable to ensure that the rotation direction of the power machine is consistent with the rotation direction of the water pump.
5. If there are multiple units in the same machine room, the distance between the unit and the unit, and between the unit and the wall should be more than 800mm.
6. The suction pipe of the pump must be well sealed, and elbows and gate valves should be reduced as much as possible. The air should be exhausted when filling and diversion. The air should not accumulate in the pipe during operation. There should be a certain depth of submergence.
