What should I do before starting the centrifugal pump?
(1) Check the pump body and the inlet and outlet pipelines, auxiliary pipelines, valves, flanges, telephone joints, pressure gauges for leaks, grounding screws and motor grounding wire are loose, the coupling is connected, the pump shaft center line. Have you found it right (but the hot oil pump should contact the fitter to find the positive after the pump is warmed up).
(2) Check whether the pump outlet pressure gauge and the seal oil pressure gauge are well installed, whether the range selection is appropriate, and whether the pressure gauge, ammeter, and fuel tank oil surface have been marked with a safety red line.
(3) According to the specifications of the pump oil and the three-stage filtration method, the qualified oil should be injected into the bearing oil tank. The oil tank must be cleaned with lubricating oil, and the oil surface should be added between l/3~2/3 of the oil standard. Check if the oil slinger has come off and the water retaining screw is tight.
(4) Check whether the rotor is flexible and easy, whether there is abnormal sound or metal impact sound in the pump body, check whether the motor rotation direction is consistent with the pump rotation direction, and the wheel guard is good.
(5) Open the cooling water and seal the oil to make it smooth and circulate, adjust the cooling water flow rate and the sealing oil pressure (the sealing oil pressure is generally higher than the pump population pressure of 0.5~1.0Kg/cm2, if the pump inlet line has no pressure) Table, the appropriate sealing oil pressure should be explored in the actual operation), check the oil content of the cooling water leaking from the front and rear of the pump shaft.
(6) Irrigation pump, open the inlet valve of the pump and the outlet pressure gauge condensate valve, and the oil is replaced by the air and water in the pump body. (If the hot oil pump is dismantled and repaired, the fitter uses the sealing oil to drive into the pump casing to inspect the end cap method. For the leakage of the flange and the end face seal, the seal oil should be completely replaced by the pump.) The pumping tank pump should be pumped before the new pump is opened. If it is not replaced by the pressure at the pump outlet, the pump outlet valve can be used to open the outlet. The line, and then close the pump outlet valve to start the pump, but it must be stated that the preheating of the standby pump or the switching pump absolutely does not allow such operation, otherwise it will cause the running pump to be evacuated.
(7) The hot oil pump must be preheated before starting, the preheating must be slow, the heating rate should not exceed 50 °C / hour, preheating to the operating temperature difference of 40 ~ 6O °C, every 10 minutes during the preheating process 180 ° C.
(8) Contact the electrician to send electricity. For the newly installed pump or the repaired pump, the pump should be started to check whether the pump rotation direction is normal. If it is reversed, the pump should be stopped immediately to contact the electrician to “commutate” the cable head wiring.
(9) Prepare oil pots, tools, thermometers, and needles.
(10) The operator should be present at the start, and the process has been changed. The regulating valve has been opened and controlled to open a certain degree. The meter has been contacted to activate the meter and open the pump outlet pressure gauge pressure valve: if it is a new installation pump or After the overhaul of the pump, you must contact an electrician. The fitter went to the scene.
