The utility model has the advantages of compact structure, small volume, light weight, convenient installation, maintenance, safe and reliable transportation, and energy conservation.
(1). Single-stage lift is high. Single-stage pump casing height is short. Shortening the height of the whole machine increases the stability of operation.
(2). The diameter of the pump shaft is much larger than the diameter of the national standard. It increases the safety factor for extracting the groundwater source of the super deep well.
(3) The castings are made of HT200 (common castings below HT150). Super deep well pump casings are made of ductile iron or cast steel to increase the bearing capacity of the pump casing.
(4). The check valve adopts a unique design method. It fundamentally avoids the disadvantages of the ultra-deep well submersible pump. The valve body breakage unit is lost due to the excessive impact force of the return water hammer when the pump is stopped.
(5) The small axial force increases the service life of the motor.

 

Conditions of Use
1. Power requirements:
(1) The rated power supply voltage is 380V±5%, the frequency is 50Hz±1%, and the rated voltage of the motor terminal should be within the allowable deviation range of the rated voltage.
(2). The load power of the transformer should not exceed 75% of its capacity.
(3) When the transformer is far away from the wellhead, the line pressure of the transmission line should be considered. For motors with a power greater than 45KW, the distance from the transformer to the wellhead is not more than 20 meters. When the distance is greater than 20 meters, the specification of the transmission line is larger than that of the supporting cable. Two levels, and consider the line pressure.


2. Protection of equipment.
The control equipment of the pump must have a short circuit, phase loss, overcurrent, overload protection function, and ensure that the setting value is adjusted to a stable and sensitive position during installation. This step is very important. Please be careful when installing the commissioner. Going to adjust.


3. Water quality requirements:
(1) Generally no corrosive water.
(2) The sediment concentration in water is not more than 0.01%.
(3) pH value in the range of 6.5-8.5.
(4) The chlorine content in water is not more than 400mg/L.
(5) The hydrogen sulfide content is not more than 1.5mg/L
(6) The water temperature is not higher than 20 °C.
(7) The motor cavity must be filled with distilled water (or clean water)
(8) The first stage impeller of the pump shall invade at least 3 meters of the moving water level. The electric pump unit shall not exceed 70 meters below the static water level. The bottom of the motor shall not be less than 5 meters from the bottom of the well.


4. Wellbore requirements:
Straight, smooth, no bumps or well pipe misalignment, the inner diameter of the well is not less than the corresponding frame number.


5 Requirements for the use form:
Vertical use. (If you need to use it or other forms of use, please inform the manufacturer in advance to choose the fountain pump. Note: The fountain pump is used horizontally.)
