Technical standards and requirements for stainless steel multistage pump parts
Stainless steel multistage pump pressure parts
The pump shall be subjected to zero working pressure and the component shall be able to withstand the test allowable force of 1.5 times the pump's permissible working pressure, but not less than 0.2 MPa. Under the pressure holding time, there shall be no leakage or other abnormal phenomena.
The pumping flange of the pump shall be able to withstand the maximum allowable lower pressure. The size of the outlet flange of the pump shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 17241.6.
Stainless steel multistage pump impeller
The impeller is of closed, semi-open or open construction and can be designed as a single flow or multiple flow depending on the application.
When the medium delivered by the pump meets the requirements, the structure of the impeller should ensure that the particles of the same body do not become clogged.
The impeller should be securely attached to the shaft to prevent circumferential or axial movement of the rotary inch.
Stainless steel multistage pump seal ring
If a sealing ring is installed, the sealing ring should be locked against the ground and will not rotate. The installed sealing ring is replaceable.
Shaft and bushing
The shaft has sufficient strength and rigidity, and the thread rotation of the shaft is rotated in the direction of the shaft, so that the nut is tightened.
If a bushing is fitted, the bushing should be securely fixed on the shaft and prevent leakage of liquid between the shaft and the bushing.
Stainless steel multistage pump lifting
The slurry and its heavier parts should be equipped with a device.
Stainless steel multistage pump material
The material of the pump should be zero and the material of the component should be compatible with the medium to be transported. The chemical composition and mechanical properties of the material should conform to the relevant material standards.
Stainless steel multistage pump casting
The castings shall comply with the provisions of JB/T 6880.1 and JB/T 6880.2, and the dimensional deviation of the overcurrent parts shall comply with the provisions of JB/T 6879.
Stainless steel multistage pump weldment
The form and size of the welding groove of carbon steel and low alloy steel shall be in accordance with GB/T 985.1 and GB/T985.2. The weld shall have no weld penetration, porosity, cracks, burn through and pinch. And so on to reduce the performance of the defects.
Stainless steel multistage pump assembly
All parts and components should be inspected before assembly.
After the pump is assembled, the rotor is rotated smoothly and at a constant speed. There is no jamming or stopping.
Stainless steel multistage pump rust and varnish
Lubricants or grease should be applied to the joints where the parts are easy to bite.
The exposed surface after assembly shall be coated with rust proof.
The paint of the pump shall comply with the provisions of JB/T 4297.
After the test is completed, the water in the pump should be removed and the rust-proof treatment should be repeated.
