Self-balancing multi-stage centrifugal pump model parameter meaning description

The self-balancing multi-stage centrifugal pump is a new type of high-efficiency and energy-saving multi-stage pump, which realizes the automatic balance function and breaks through the traditional structure of the multi-stage pump. The self-balancing multi-stage pump models include DP type clean water pump, DFP type corrosion-resistant chemical pump, MDP type mining pump, DYP type high pressure centrifugal oil pump, DGP type boiler feed water pump, which are widely used and are suitable for mines, factories and urban water supply and drainage projects.

Example: D (DF, DY, MD, DG) 450 – 95×12 (P)

D-means self-balancing horizontal multi-stage clean water centrifugal pump water pump test

DF-means self-balancing corrosion-resistant horizontal multistage centrifugal pump

DY-means self-balancing horizontal multistage centrifugal oil pump

MD-means self-balancing mining wear-resistant horizontal multistage centrifugal pump

DG-means self-balancing multi-stage boiler feed water pump

450-indicates that the design point flow is 450m3/h

95-indicates that the single-stage head of the design point is 95m

12-indicates that the number of stages is 12

P: indicates self-balancing multi-stage pump (other expression methods and performance parameters are basically the same as the old-fashioned multi-stage pump model parameters)
