High-pressure water pump model with a head of 400 meters

The pump head is proportional to the pressure, and the pressure corresponds to the Yangcheng, and the pressure of 1MPa is equal to 100 meters of the Yangcheng. The pump with a head of 400 meters is a high-lift high-pressure pump. Through the intelligent selection of the online pump selection system of Zoomlion Pump, there are many models of high-pressure centrifugal pumps with a head of 400 meters, as shown in the figure below:

The main pump type selection for high-pressure water pump with a head of 400 meters is D-type horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump and self-balancing multi-stage pump, which have the same performance parameters and are used for conveying solid particles ≤ 2%, particle size ≤ 1.3 mm, and medium solid concentration. It is used for clear water less than 5%wt and temperature ≤105℃ or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clear water. The allowable inlet pressure of the pump is ≤0.6MPa. It can also be used to transport hot water, oil, corrosive or abrasive media with a temperature of ≤210℃ by changing the material of the pump (or the material of the pump's flow-through parts), sealing form, and adding a cooling system.

 

D-type horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump and DP-type self-balancing multi-stage pump have high efficiency and can meet the needs of high head and high flow conditions. They are all horizontal, single-suction, multi-stage, and segmented structures, and adopt national recommendations. The hydraulic model has significant advantages such as high efficiency, low operating noise, good anti-cavitation performance, reasonable structure and long service life. The significant difference between the two is whether there is a balance disc gimbal device. The D-type horizontal stage pump uses a balance disc or a balance drum to balance the axial force. The self-balancing multi-stage pump reforms and innovates the traditional structure. The axial force balance mechanism of the multi-stage centrifugal pump has been eliminated, and the balance device has been eliminated, and it has become a replacement product of the D and DG multi-stage centrifugal pumps with a balance disc or a balance drum structure. The pump efficiency is improved by 5- 14%.
