Self-balancing multistage centrifugal pumps are the best alternative to ordinary multistage centrifugal pumps. This series of products has a wide high-efficiency area, good cavitation performance, stable operation, fewer wearing parts, greatly improved reliability, and greatly reduced user maintenance costs, thereby reducing the life cycle cost of the pump.

1. Efficient and energy-saving

Adopting advanced hydraulic model, independently researching and developing high-efficiency and energy-saving products. Because the self-balance multistage pump rotor is free of wear and axial movement of the balance plate, the alignment of the impeller and guide vane is always in the best state, and it will not appear like the ordinary multistage pump structure with the wear of the balance plate and the rotor component moving forward. The efficiency is obviously reduced, and there is no leakage of balance water, which reduces the volume loss, improves the pump's operating efficiency and reduces the shaft power. 2. New structure

With symmetrically arranged impeller rotor components, the axial forces generated by the symmetrical impellers at all levels have been balanced out, and the automatic balance of the huge axial thrust in the pump can be achieved without the use of a balancing disk structure, which is a huge breakthrough in multistage pump structure.

4. High reliability

The symmetrical arrangement of the impeller makes the axial thrust generated during operation basically balanced by itself. No balancing disk device is required. The balancing disk device has the disadvantages of small clearance, high pressure drop, easy erosion, easy wear, and failure. Minimize the adverse effects of axial force load on pump wear and system interference. The remaining axial force is borne by the thrust bearing, so that the pump shaft is always in a tensile state, the shaft is in a uniform state, and the peak stress is greatly reduced compared to the prototype structure, thereby increasing the rigidity and critical speed of the pump rotor, making the pump rotor. The stability and reliability of the operation have been significantly improved.

 

 

5. Good cavitation performance and long service life

Optimized hydraulic and structural design, precision casting, reliable corrosion-resistant materials, the first-stage impeller of some models of pumps adopts double suction structure, so that the self-balance multistage pump has good anti-cavitation performance and the whole machine runs stable, low noise and long service life.

 

 

6. Wide range of applications

No need to use a balance plate device, which is more suitable for more severe media than other multistage pump structure.

 

 

7. Low maintenance cost

The use of precision casting reduces the number of wearing parts and repairs and disassembly, prolongs the life of the product, avoids a series of problems caused by too many disassembly and assembly, and reduces maintenance costs.

 

 

8. Convenient maintenance

The whole machine adopts three-dimensional design and CNC machining of rotor parts, which strictly guarantees the processing size and processing accuracy of each part. The positioning is accurate, and the general technical personnel can complete it as long as the assembly sequence and requirements of the general assembly drawing. Completely avoid the ordinary multistage pumps must be qualified by professionals to adjust the positioning axial movement size, which brings great convenience to users.
