Seawater desalination pump is a water pump used to feed seawater into a desalination system for processing. Because of its very high salt content, seawater cannot be used directly. At present, two methods are mainly used to desalinate seawater, namely distillation and reverse osmosis. Distillation is mainly used in extra-large seawater desalination and in places where heat is abundant. The reverse osmosis membrane method is widely used because it has a wide application surface and a high salt rejection rate. The reverse osmosis membrane method first extracts seawater and conducts preliminary treatment to reduce the turbidity of seawater and prevent the growth of bacteria, algae and other microorganisms. Then, it is pressurized by a special high-pressure pump to make seawater enter the reverse osmosis membrane due to high salt content in seawater. Therefore, the seawater reverse osmosis membrane must have high salt rejection, corrosion resistance, high pressure resistance, and pollution resistance. The salt content of seawater treated by reverse osmosis membrane is greatly reduced, and the TDS content is from 36,000 mg/liter to 200 mg/ Lit around. The water quality after desalination is even better than tap water, so that it can be used by industry, commerce, residents, ships and ships.

 

Process flow
Seawater desalination pump→disc filter→activated carbon filter→UF ultrafiltration→made seawater special filter→security filter→high pressure pump→reverse osmosis RO1→energy conversion device→reverse osmosis RO1→living fresh water→secondary booster pump → Reverse osmosis RO2 → weak alkaline filtration → raw water reference fresh water → open shutdown fresh water flushing water tank.

 

The function of the fresh water tank is to flush the unit with fresh water before shutdown, so that the salt water in the unit is desalinated and rinsed. After the flushing is completed, close the inlet valve and the outlet valve, which is equivalent to the unit protection liquid. The protective water is rinsed with the sea water to be desalinated, and the desalination operation can be carried out in a few minutes, without the need for a backwashing device and a dosing device.

 

Desalination pump: The seawater is pumped out from the sea or seawater tank according to the demand of the latter stage. The working pressure is 0.2Mpa, and the flow rate is determined according to the daily fresh water quantity of the seawater desalination equipment. Disc filter: Effectively adsorbing and filtering the suspended solids, flocs, seaweed, sediment and invisible gelatin flowing through seawater to relieve the burden of light activated carbon filter and UF ultrafiltration membrane It effectively clarifies a large amount of sediment, suspended matter, floc, and seaweed, and the disc filter consumes almost no energy.

 

Ultra-consideration filter: polypropylene hollow fiber membrane (internal pressure type) with effective interception pore diameter of 0.1-0.01um, UF ultrafiltration device for pumping system for microorganisms flowing through seawater and various molecular groups larger than the pore size Above, equipped with a regulating valve, the amount of adjustment is 5%-10% of pus to discharge, to prevent excessive suspended matter, flocs, seaweed, sediment and invisible gelatin, effective adsorption of adsorbate The UF ultrafiltration membrane has no large accumulation, ensuring the normal and stable operation of the UF ultrafiltration membrane. From the point of view of saving water, it is also a good choice to flush the disc filter with pus discharged from UF ultrafiltration, which can save a part of fresh water, and can also reuse the waste water.
