When the spool valve at the pump outlet is turned to the "parallel" position, the spool valve cuts off the first stage pressure water chamber and the second stage water suction chamber flow passage, and connects the first stage pressure water chamber flow passage and the outlet. At this time, since the suction chamber of the second-stage impeller forms a vacuum, the fluid opens the check valve under the action of the air pressure, and simultaneously enters the second-stage impeller, and is discharged to the extrusion-out main pipe through the pressurized water chamber, thereby obtaining the flow rates of the two impellers.

And the lift of a single-stage impeller. The pump is driven by an electric motor, which sits on top of the pump through the pump frame. The pump set is installed vertically and supported in the cabin by the intermediate plane of the pump frame. It consists of pump body, pump cover, rotor parts, mechanical seal, upper bearing, lower bearing, pump frame, coupling, check valve, series-parallel reversing valve and other components. The one-way valve is connected with the inlet pipe, and the series-parallel reversing valve is connected with the outlet pipe. The inlet and outlet are 90°, the axial position is the outlet and the inlet is below.

In order to meet the advanced, reliable and dimensional requirements of the shipping equipment, each component has been designed in a reasonable way: the pump body: the pump body can often be designed as a single or intermediate split. The pump body of the pump set is designed as a one-piece, with two semi-spiral suction chambers, two spiral pressure water chambers, two diffusion tubes, an intermediate transition flow path, and a workflow consisting of a check valve and an outlet slide valve. Road. Compared with the middle split type, the integral pump body has the advantages of good sealing, light weight, simple process, energy saving and time saving. Rotor component: The rotor component consists of a shaft, an impeller, a bushing, a bearing, and the like. The two impellers are mounted facing each other to balance the axial forces.
