A. Main engineering quantity: Install 3 sets of D85-45×7 type pumps, with motor power of 132KW, drainage line system, Φ133×4.5 type, and Φ159×4.5 type seamless steel pipe for suction pipe. The pump has a rated flow of 85m2/h and a first-stage rated head of 45m. In normal watering, it is 1 work, 1 set for standby, 1 set for overhaul; 2 sets of work for maximum water inrush, 1 set for standby.

 

B. Construction Preparation Organize a construction team with strong technical strength and experienced installation, and conduct a technical training and safety training before construction. The materials and tools used for construction, such as channel steel, horn, pipeline, gate valve, bolt, reverse chain, electric welder, etc., are prepared and transported to the pump house. The power used in the construction is directly led from the downhole transformer, and 5 explosion-proof lamps are installed in the pump room for construction lighting.

 

C. Construction method

1. Equipment transportation equipment transportation can be lowered by the auxiliary inclined shaft winch. Since the largest part is the pump body and the motor integrated, the heaviest piece motor and the winch can meet the lifting capacity. Using a flatbed truck, the flatbed truck puts 2 channel steels and uses the pump base. The bolt is attached to the flatbed and tightened with a wire. After reaching the level of the bottom of the well, the hook is manually transported to the pump house, and the lifting beam is unloaded in the pump room. Valves, flanges, elbows and other parts can be loaded into the 1t mine car and transported to the site.

 

2. Install the equipment first, hang the center line at both ends of the pump, place the anchor bolts to make it vertical, and place the horn on the foundation surface with a flat shovel to pry the surface, smooth and rinse with clean water. When placing the base, use the center line to find the position, use the horizontal level of the level horizontally and vertically upwards, and adjust the level with the horn. Then, use the reverse chain to lift the pump into position and use the level to place the pump. The level of the shaft is measured to meet the technical requirements of the pump. After the whole installation is completed, the dimensions are reviewed. After no problem, the anchor bolts are hung on the pump and the motor hole and the nut is placed. The bolt exposes the nut to the specified pitch. The anchor bolts are firmly supported. According to the size of the pump chassis, the template is supported, and the foundation bolt hole and foundation are grouted. When grouting, the mortar should be filled into the bolt hole, and the vibration is dense and uniform. After grouting, the grass pad is watered and cured, and the curing time is not Less than 7 days.

 

3. Pipe preparation, gate installation After the pump is in place, the water supply pipe on both sides of the roadway is located on the pipe beam, connected with the drainage pipe, and the pipe is used to fix the drainage pipe. Install short sections, gate valves, tees, elbows, etc. according to the piping system diagram. The pipelines are installed horizontally and vertically, and the gate handles are oriented reasonably for easy operation. The sundries on the sealing surface of the pump, gate and flange are scraped clean, and no debris is allowed in the valve body. The gasket should be intact. The welding of the pipeline conforms to the design requirements, the weld seam is uniform and beautiful, and defects such as slag inclusion, pores, deep undercut and blisters are not allowed.

 

D. Labor organization According to the situation of the project, the following personnel can be organized to meet the construction needs of the project. Management personnel: 1 person in charge of construction, 1 engineer, 1 safety quality member, 1 material member, 4 subtotals. Production team: 1 team, 2 fitters, 3 supervisors, 2 lifting workers, 1 electrician, 2 electric welders, 11 subtotals. A total of 15 people participated in the construction of this project. Under the leadership of the person in charge of construction, all construction personnel perform their duties, each with their own responsibilities, quality and quantity, and safely complete the construction tasks according to the scheduled construction period.

 

E. Safety technical measures

       1. Adhere to the pre-class meeting system and arrange production tasks. At the same time, it must emphasize safety measures, overcome paralysis and prevent “three violations”.

       2. Before using the equipment, tools such as rope buckles, guide sliders, and reverse chain must be carefully checked, and tools with problems are prohibited.

       3. The signal requirements are clear and accurate, so that the upper and lower are unified, the signal is not clear, it is strictly forbidden to drive, the signal workers, the winch workers must be full-time, can not be replaced in the middle.

       4. The gas content must be checked before construction. Oxygen bottles and acetylene bottles must be placed separately, and the distance should not be less than 5 meters.

       5. Electric fire welding operations, there must be electric fire welding measures, and equipped with appropriate fire equipment, such as fire extinguishers, sandbags and so on.

       6. The materials used on the site should be placed neatly, and should not be placed indiscriminately and strictly used to avoid material waste and loss.

       7. During construction, a full-time safety and quality inspector must be assigned to follow the work, and the inspection records should be filled in carefully and the records should be handed over.

       8. It is strictly forbidden for construction workers to be employed after drinking, and to adopt corresponding reward and punishment regulations. It is strictly forbidden to fight and fight, and construction workers must obey the work transfer arrangement to achieve unified command and unified production.

       9. Before the construction, all the construction workers must be given a safety education. The construction plan should be introduced according to the project situation, and the safety precautions should be taken into account.

       10. All types of workers obey the arrangement, obey the command, coordinate actions, stick to the post, and earnestly take responsibility.

       11. Get in touch with the winch room before decentralization, control the speed, and slow down.

       12. The lifting winch must be reliable, the signal is not clear, can not drive, can not be replaced in the middle.

       13. The underground electric fire welding measures will be submitted for approval.

       14. The designated person in charge of the construction site shall take responsibility for safety and achieve “three no harm”.

       15. Underground electrical equipment should have temporary joints. The joints should be wrapped with tape. Cables and electric welding should insulate the wires well.

       16. During the test run, the operator is strictly forbidden to perform maintenance when the machine is turning.

       17. The ladders and platforms used in the construction should be fixed firmly, the inclination angle should be appropriate, and there should be anti-slip measures.

       18. Failure to comply with other safety procedures such as the Coal Mine Safety Regulations. After the implementation of this measure, it shall be implemented and signed to the construction personnel.
