Performance curve
Performance curve refers to the performance index of the important performance parameters such as head, power, efficiency, flow rate and the relationship between them when the pump (such as centrifugal pump)is running at a certain speed.
The pump characteristic curve expresses the trend of the value of another parameter of the pump under the condition that one parameter of the pump is determined and the other working conditions are the same. The shape of the performance curve also reflects the characteristics of the pump. The pump can be selected according to the shape of the curve. The pump performance curve can also be used to determine the operating point of the pump.
Flow and head Q-H curve, flow and power Q-P curve, flow and efficiency Q-η curve, differential pressure and flow ΔP-Q curve, differential pressure and power ΔP-P curve, differential pressure and efficiency ΔP-η curve Wait. The performance curve of the pump is generally obtained from the performance test of the pump. The expected performance curve can be obtained by calculation in the pump design. After the pump is made, it needs to be verified by water test.
