Particle

Particles refer to small and round particles. The simplest particle shape is a sphere. Particles with particle size in the range of 40-500 μm, particles with a gas-solid density difference between 1400 and 4000 kg/m3 are called coarse particles; particles with a particle size of 20-100 μm and particles with a gas-solid density difference of less than 1400 kg/m3 It is called Fine Particle; a particle system composed of many granular particles with small particle size intervals is called a Particle Swarm.

Different pump types can transport different solid particles when the centrifugal pump is transporting liquid. For example, a mining multi-stage centrifugal pump can transport liquids with a particle content of ≤1.5%.
