Operating procedure for the crude oil pump
Crude oil pump operation procedures:
1. Check before starting:
Check the power distribution cabinet, power supply voltage.
Check that the fastening and lubrication system is working properly.
Check if the oil level of the crude oil pump is normal.
Perform a short-time dry running test to observe and listen to whether the crude oil pump speed is normal and whether there is abnormal sound.
2. Start:
Check that the pump delivery process is clear. Open the metering tank outlet butterfly valve.
Start the oil pump; pay attention to observe the abnormality of the fluid combustion during the operation of the pump and immediately stop the pump to close the valve.
3. Stop the pump:
First close the metering tank outlet butterfly valve, after a period of time, then disconnect the oil pump power supply and stop the oil pump.
