Crude oil pump lubrication and maintenance rules

1. Use 32# turbine oil to fill the bearing box at the front and rear ends of the pump.

2. The normal oil level is about 3mm below the standard line of the oil window, and the oil level of the oil cup is 2/3 oil level of the oil cup.

3. Discharge the residual oil every 6 months, rinse the bearing housing with new oil and add new oil.

4. When shifting the shift, follow the running direction of the crude oil pump for 2-3 weeks, check the oil level in the bearing box and the oil cup; clean the oil in time after the pump is running, clean and keep the pump and motor clean.

5. Motor maintenance: Use 2# lithium grease, replace it every 6 months, the fuel supply is half of the bearing room space.
