Installation instructions and precautions for the slot map of wear-resistant multi-stage centrifugal pumps for mines
Precautions for the installation of wear-resistant multi-stage centrifugal pumps for mines:
Valves and rubber anti-vibration joints (pipe compensators) are installed at the inlet and outlet of wear-resistant multi-stage pumps for mines to facilitate maintenance.
In the installation sequence of the pump, first connect the inlet and outlet pipeline bolts, and then tighten the fixing foot bolts to prevent tensile stress on the pump when connecting the pipeline and damage the pump.
For posts with a long (high) outlet pipeline distance, a check valve should be installed at the outlet to prevent water hammer from damaging the pump when it is stopped.
The configuration of the pump's inlet and outlet pipelines: In order to reduce the flow resistance of the pipeline and improve the delivery efficiency of the pipeline, the pump piping should be one level larger than the pump inlet and outlet.
The inlet and outlet pipelines of the pump should be equipped with a gravity support system, and the pump cannot bear the weight of the pipeline.
Schematic diagram and precautions for installation of wear-resistant multi-stage centrifugal pump slots for mines:
1. Positive pressure state of high slot
Feature description: The pump is installed at the bottom of the storage tank. The medium in the storage tank is under positive pressure. When the valve at the inlet of the pump is opened, the liquid in the storage tank can flow into the pump cavity by itself.
2. The negative pressure state of the high slot
Feature description: The pump is installed at the bottom of the tank, and the closed tank is under negative pressure. To select a pump in this state, you must find out the exact data of the negative pressure in the storage tank, and then contact our company to finalize the model.
4. The lower tank is not equipped with a bottom valve and is installed with a siphon barrel.
Feature description: The pump is installed in the upper part of the storage tank, and a siphon barrel to help start is installed at the inlet pipe near the pump inlet. The siphon barrel needs to be filled with liquid before starting the pump.
With this installation method, the suction stroke (referring to the height of the pump suction port to the liquid level) should be controlled within 1.2m. The production of the siphon barrel can be made of suitable materials and manufacturing processes according to the different media. The production requirements of the siphon barrel are that it has good airtightness and cannot leak water and air. The calculation method of the size of the siphon barrel is as follows: V=(3~5) ×πd2/4×L, d: diameter of inlet pipe, L: total length of inlet pipe, V: volume of siphon barrel, according to the calculated volume and the size of existing materials, determine the diameter and height of the siphon barrel.
5. Bottom valve status in the lower tank
Feature description: The pump is installed on the upper part of the storage tank, and the bottom valve needs to be installed at the bottom of the inlet pipe. Before starting the pump, the pump cavity must be filled with liquid, and the empty truck must not be opened.
