Remove the coupling cover.

 Mark the original corresponding positions of the ih-type centrifugal pump and the motor on the wheel, remove the bolts on the wheel, remove the motor anchor bolts, and move the motor out.

Disassemble the bolts of the ih type centrifugal pump support plate; remove the support side bearing end cover screws, and remove the bearing end cover;

Lift out the ih type centrifugal pump motor and remove the centrifugal pump anchor bolts;

Disassemble the connecting screw between the pump cover and the pump body, remove the pump body and place it in the designated position;

Unscrew the impeller back cap, take out the non-return washer, remove the impeller with a special tool, put it to the designated place, and remove the shaft sleeve and mechanical seal moving ring sleeve;

Disassemble the connecting bolts of the bearing body and the mechanical seal housing, loosen the mechanical seal gland bolts, hold the mechanical seal static ring gland with your hand, remove the mechanical seal chamber shell, remove the mechanical seal static ring and the mechanical seal gland . Use a puller to remove the pump coupling;

 Disassemble the end cover bolts of the bearing chamber, put on a back cap on the shaft head of the centrifugal pump, use a copper rod and a hand hammer to hit the coupling side to remove the shaft and the two bearings together;
