How to deal with the leakage of the bearing seat of the boiler feed pump motor?
At present, the problem of oil leakage in the boiler feed pump motor bearing box of domestic thermal power plants is widespread.
There are generally two kinds of reasons: one is the poor sealing of the motor oil block or the oil block is damaged after a long period of operation; the other is that the original cast bearing box has casting defects such as sand holes, blowholes, cracks and shrinkage due to poor casting technology. Leakage occurred after operation.
How to deal with the leakage of the bearing housing of the feedwater pump motor?
Methods as below:
1. First use high-efficiency cleaning agent HT755 to clean the surface slick, and use squeezing agent HT790 to remove the surface paint.
2. Use the acetylene flame to expel the oil in the dead corners and cracks.
3. Use abrasive cloth, wire brush and other tools to polish to the casting body, clean and dry.
