● Put the positioning sleeve on the shaft, put the impeller, impeller spacer, guide vane, support guide vane, etc. until the last impeller, and then install the inlet impeller gland, washer, tighten the nut, pay attention to the position of the support guide vane, The spacing position should be even, and the supporting spacer and bearing should be sleeved at the same time.
● Install the stainless steel vertical multi-stage pump inlet guide vane on the inlet and outlet water body and the base, and then install the installed parts on the inlet guide vane.
● Install O-ring on the inlet and outlet water body, put on the outer cylinder, and install the outlet guide vane.
● Put the bracket with O-ring, seal seat and spring steel wire on the outer cylinder, and tighten the four tie rod nuts on the base. Take care not to tighten them at once, but tighten them symmetrically in turn.
● Install and tighten the mechanical seal, install the motor and the coupling, screw on the coupling (do not tighten), push the coupling including the pump shaft towards the base to the end, and then move it about 1mm in the opposite direction. Tighten the screws, and note that the spacing between the two coupling blocks should be even.
● Tighten the set screw on the mechanical seal, and rotate the coupling, the shaft should rotate flexibly without stagnation and tightness. The disassembly of the pump is performed in the reverse steps above.
● Install the inlet and outlet water body on the base, set flanges on both sides, and install the inlet and outlet guide vanes.
● Install the first impeller on the shaft, tighten the nut and sleeve the impeller in the inlet ring seat of the water inlet guide vane, install the guide vane, impeller, and support guide vane until the water outlet guide vane. leaf.
● Shaft components: install the upper and lower shaft sleeves, gland, washer, tighten the screws, install the lower wear-resistant bearings on the inlet and outlet water bodies, install the washers, tighten the screws, then re-sleeve the shaft components on the inlet and outlet water bodies, and install O-rings, Apply lubricating oil and put on the outer cylinder.
● The pull rod is installed on the base, the O-ring, adjustment pile, screw plug, and the plug are discarded on the sealing seat, and then the sealing seat is sleeved on the pull rod, the washer is installed, and the nut is tightened.
● Install the mechanical seal on the seal seat, install the sealing gland, tighten the screw, and then tighten the screw on the mechanical seal, then lift the shaft upwards, and install the adjusting plate.
● Install the bracket and motor on the pump head
● Finally install the coupling, tighten the screw, and then take out the adjusting piece. Rotate the coupling, the pump shaft should rotate flexibly without stagnation and tightness. The disassembly of the pump is carried out in reverse steps.
