Fluoroplastic alloy reinforced corrosion resistant pump disassembly sequence
Fluoroplastic alloy reinforced corrosion-resistant pump is a chemical centrifugal pump made of fluorine plastic fluorine alloy with strong corrosion resistance: polyperfluoroethylene propylene (F46) and polytetrafluoroethylene (F4), which can transport any strong Corrosive medium, suitable for transporting any concentration of sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, acetic acid, hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid, aqua regia, strong alkali, strong oxidant, organic solvent, reducing agent and other harsh conditions of strong corrosive medium, is currently the world's most One of the strong corrosion-resistant equipment.
Fluoroplastic alloy reinforced corrosion resistant pump disassembly sequence
The disassembly sequence of the fluoroplastic alloy reinforced corrosion-resistant pump is as follows:
1. Close the inlet and outlet valves, loosen the motor anchor bolts, and separate the fluoroplastic alloy reinforced corrosion-resistant pump from the pump head (ie, motor coupling and pump coupling). The pump and the motor are connected by a claw coupling. When disassembling, first loosen the 4 connecting bolts of the bracket and the base to separate the pump from the motor.
2. Remove the protective cover, loosen the connecting bolts between the bracket and the pump body and the suspension bracket bolts, and tap the pump body with a wooden handle to disengage the impeller, pump cover, bracket, bearing box, and mechanical seal from the pump body. Separate together.
3. Loosen the fastening nut on the shaft end of the fluoroplastic alloy pump, tap the nut and tension bolt with a copper rod to separate the tail of the impeller from the taper sleeve on the pump shaft, impeller, pump cover, mechanical seal, bracket, The bearing housings are separated from each other.
4. Loosen the two fastening screws of the mechanical seal moving ring, and use a wooden hammer to lightly hit the central suspension bolt of the coupling. The mechanical seal moving ring can be removed from the impeller shaft, and then the fluoroplastic alloy reinforced corrosion-resistant pump can be removed. For the pump cover, remove the mechanical seal gland screw on the pump cover, and the static ring of the mechanical seal can be removed from the pump cover.
5. If you need to replace the fluoroplastic alloy reinforced corrosion-resistant pump body, remove the connecting bolts of the inlet and outlet pipes and the foot bolts of the pump body.
6. Loosen the left and right gland screws of the pump shaft. Take out the pump shaft, bearings, and clean the oil chamber of the bracket.
7. When replacing the impeller, remove the round nut on the tail cone.
