Ih type stainless steel chemical centrifugal pump disassembly:
Due to the use of an extension coupling, when disassembling the pump, it is not necessary to disassemble the inlet and outlet pipelines, pump body and motor. You only need to remove the intermediate coupling in the extension coupling to remove the rotor parts for maintenance, maintenance.
1. Remove the drain pipe plug on the pump body and the oil drain pipe plug on the suspension body, and drain the liquid in the pump and the lubricating oil in the suspension body. (Note: If there are additional pipelines on the pump, they should be removed).
2. Disassemble the connection between the pump body and the middle bracket, and withdraw all the rotor parts including the middle bracket, suspension parts and pump cover from the pump body.
3. Remove the impeller nut, remove the impeller and key.
4. Withdraw the pump cover together with the shaft sleeve, mechanical seal end cover and barley mechanical seal from the shaft. Be careful not to slide the shaft sleeve relative to the pump cover, etc., and then remove the mechanical seal end cover, remove the mechanical seal together with the shaft sleeve, and then disassemble the shaft sleeve and mechanical seal.
5. Remove the middle bracket and suspension bracket.
6. Remove the pump coupling and key.
7. Remove the dust-proof plate at both ends of the suspension body and the front and rear covers of the bearing, and then remove the shaft and the bearing from the suspension body.
8. Remove the bearing from the pump shaft.

Ih type stainless steel chemical centrifugal pump disassembly and assembly precautions
Ih type stainless steel chemical centrifugal pump can be installed with different types of mechanical seals according to different conditions of use, such as internal single-end balanced and unbalanced, double-end balanced and unbalanced, external mechanical seals, etc. 〉The use method and precautions are different according to the selected seal type. For details, please refer to the mechanical seal installation manual, GB3215-82 "General technical conditions for centrifugal pumps for refineries, chemical and petrochemical processes", below Just mention a few things that should generally be noted.
1. Since mechanical seals are generally suitable for use in clean, non-suspended particles, the newly installed piping system and liquid reservoir should be carefully flushed to prevent solid impurities from entering the end face of the mechanical seal and causing the seal to fail.
2. In the medium that is easy to crystallize, the mechanical seal should be flushed frequently. Before restarting after stopping, clean the crystals on the mechanical seal.
3. The mechanical seal should be disassembled carefully. Do not knock with hammers, irons, etc., so as not to damage the dynamic and static ring sealing surfaces.
4. If there is dirt that cannot be removed, try to remove the dirt and rinse it before removing it to avoid damage to the sealing element.
5. Before installing the mechanical seal, check all the sealing elements for failure or damage, if any, they should be repaired or replaced.
6. Strictly check the relative friction sealing surface of the moving ring and the static ring, and no minor scratches, bumps and other defects are allowed. All other parts, including pump body, impeller, sealed cavity, etc., should be rinsed clean before assembly, especially the end faces of the moving and static rings. They should be carefully wiped with a clean, soft cloth or cotton yarn, and then coated with a clean layer. Grease or motor oil.
7. Pay attention to eliminating deviations during assembly. When tightening screws, they must be evenly tightened to avoid deflection and seal failure.
8. Correctly adjust the compression amount of the spring yellow. After the pump is installed, when you pull the rotor with your hand, you should feel that the seal spring has a certain amount of compression, and it can rotate briskly and flexibly without clenching feeling. If it feels too tight or does not move, you should loosen it appropriately.
9. For mechanical seals with external flushing, the flushing wave should be turned on before starting to fill the seal cavity with sealing liquid. When stopping, stop the pump first, and then close the seal flushing fluid.
