Pump casing:
The outer part of the pump impeller is called the pump casing, also called the pump body.
There are three functions of the pump casing:
(1) Introduce water smoothly and evenly into the impeller suction port. This part is called the inhalation room;
(2) Slow down the speed at which the water flows out of the impeller, and convert the kinetic energy of the high-speed water into pressure energy, thereby increasing the pressure of the water flow. This part is called the extrusion chamber.
(3) Fix all the components on the pump casing to form one.
