Matters needing attention when testing the centrifugal pump after overhaul
1. Carry out the test run according to the test run plan or operating procedures. The pump body should be preheated before the test run. When the pump body temperature reaches the working temperature, the manual cranking should be flexible.
2. After the pump runs at full load, check the following operating conditions:
(1) Whether the power, voltage and current of the motor are normal;
(2) Whether the sound of the unit is normal;
(3) Measure the pump inlet and outlet pressure and flow;
(4) Check whether the mechanical seal is leaking;
(5) Check whether the temperature of the rolling bearing is normal;
(6) Use a vibration meter to check the vibration of the motor and pump body.
3. After 6~10min of trial operation, if no fault is found and the parameter index can be reached, the machine can stop.
