Eliminate the failure of no water after the axial flow pump is started
The reasons for the failure of the axial flow pump without water are as follows:
1. The water pump is reversed.
2. the speed of the water pump is too low.
3. The impeller of the water pump is loose or reversed.
4. A large amount of debris is wrapped around the impeller blades of the water pump.
5. The water pump shaft trips or breaks.
6. The water lift pipe is leaking seriously.
7. The submerged depth of the pump impeller is not enough.
8. The installation head of the pump exceeds the total head of the pump, or the dynamic water level drops beyond the allowable range.
9. When used in winter, the water in the pipeline freezes.

The maintenance method for the axial flow pump without water is as follows:
1. Adjust the rotation direction of the water pump according to the type of power machine used by the water pump.
2. According to the different forms of the power machine adopted by the water pump, increase the speed separately.
3. Check the working status of the impeller after disassembly. If the impeller is loose, the impeller should be reset and tightened; if the direction of the impeller is reversed, the impeller should be reinstalled according to the assembly process requirements of the impeller, and attention should be paid to tightening to prevent loosening.
4. Stop first, and take the method of backwater flushing to remove entangled debris. If the fault cannot be eliminated or the entanglement debris is not completely removed, the axial flow pump should be disassembled and overhauled to remove the entanglement debris on the impeller blades.
5. Perform maintenance after disassembly. If the water pump shaft has tripped, the water pump shaft should be reinstalled in accordance with the assembly process requirements of the axial flow pump; if the water pump shaft is broken, the water pump shaft should be repaired or replaced.
6. Find out the specific leaking parts of the water pipe of the axial flow pump, and repair or replace them according to the specific conditions.
7. Appropriately lower the installation height of the water pump and reinstall the water pump.
8. Properly increase the speed of the water pump, increase the number of impeller stages, or replace the supporting power machine with a larger power.
9. First, clear the icing in the water pump pipeline, and then start the machine.
