IRG type vertical high temperature hot water circulating pump generally consists of motor housing, motor stator, motor rotor, sealing sleeve, water pump housing, water pump impeller, end cover, motor shaft, filter, end cover groove, and sealing rubber ring And graphite bearings. It is characterized in that the motor stator and the motor rotor are shielded by a sealing sleeve and sealed with a sealing rubber ring. There is a filter in the end cover, the end cover has an end cover groove, the bearing adopts graphite sliding bearing, and the water pump impeller adopts cast iron. The housing is made of die-cast aluminum alloy or cast iron.

 

   IRG type vertical high temperature resistant hot water circulating pump features:

 

  1. Stable operation: The absolute concentricity of the pump shaft and the excellent dynamic and static balance of the impeller ensure smooth operation without vibration.

   5. Convenient maintenance: replacement of seals and bearings is simple and convenient.

 

  6. ​​Less land occupation: The outlet can be left, right, and up in three directions, which is convenient for pipeline arrangement and installation and saves space.

 

  IRG type vertical high temperature resistant hot water circulating pump use:

 

  1. Widely used in: metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, papermaking, as well as hotels and restaurants and other boiler hot water pressurized circulating transportation and urban heating systems, ISWR type operating temperature T≤120℃.

 

  1. It is used to transport liquids that do not contain solid particles, are corrosive, and have a viscosity similar to water. It is suitable for petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, electric power, papermaking, food and pharmaceutical and synthetic fiber sectors. The operating temperature is -20~C~+ 120°C.

 

  3. It is used for conveying gasoline, kerosene, diesel and other oil products or flammable and explosive liquids. The temperature of the conveyed medium is -20~C~+120℃.

 

  IRG type vertical high temperature resistant hot water circulating pump working conditions:

 

   1. The suction pressure is ≤1.6MPa, or the maximum working pressure of the pump system is ≤1.6MPa, that is, pump suction inlet pressure + pump head ≤1.6MPa, and the pump static pressure test pressure is 2.5MPa. Please specify the system working pressure when ordering. When the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6MPa, it should be separately stated when ordering, so that the flow-through part and the connection part of the pump are made of cast steel during manufacturing.

 

  2. Ambient temperature<40℃, relative humidity<95%.

 

   3. The volume content of solid particles in the conveyed medium does not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume, and the particle size is less than 0.2mm.

 

   Note: If the medium used is with fine particles, please specify when ordering so that the manufacturer can use wear-resistant mechanical seals.
