   The automatic tripping of the water ring vacuum pump during use is often a headache! So how to solve the fault of the water ring vacuum pump trip? First we need to understand the cause of the trip, and then analyze, so as to solve the fault of the water ring vacuum pump trip. Investigate the reason, the reasons for the automatic tripping of the water ring vacuum pump only have the following three conditions:

   1. The motor of the water ring vacuum pump is overloaded.

 

   When the water ring vacuum pump motor is overloaded, the current through the motor is too high and exceeds the current set by the water ring vacuum pump electric control box or relay protector, the water ring vacuum pump will automatically trip for protection. The trip phenomenon at this time is normal. But we need to consider the size of the motor rated current. It is necessary to find out the cause of the motor overload in order to solve the problem of the motor overload of the water ring vacuum pump.

 

  The basic inspection items are as follows:

 

  1, whether foreign matter has entered the pump cavity of the water ring vacuum pump;

 

  2. Whether the working fluid flow of the water ring vacuum pump is too large and whether it needs to be adjusted;

 

  3. Is the pressure at the exhaust port of the water ring vacuum pump too high;

 

  4. Whether the exhaust pipe of the water ring vacuum pump is blocked;

 

   5. Whether the exhaust pipe of the water ring vacuum pump is installed too high or too thin

 

   2. Whether the water ring vacuum pump is out of service for a long time.

 

   The water ring vacuum pump is out of service for a long time, and the motor load will cause temporary high current.

 

   After the water ring vacuum pump is out of service for a long time, you should try to rotate the shaft and impeller before starting to see if it can rotate normally, and check if there is any foreign matter transferred into the pump cavity. At the same time, add rust remover or 15% oxalic acid to soak for about half an hour to remove scale.

 

   3. The water ring vacuum pump motor is connected to the two-phase power supply, and the three-phase power supply is not enabled.

 

   At this time, the three-phase power supply of the water ring vacuum pump can be connected. Before starting up, you should carefully check the specifications and models of the water ring vacuum pump, motor rated power, rated voltage, and rated current. The operating instructions must be installed strictly for correct operation.
