It is strictly forbidden to enter the desulfurization and denitrification circulating pump into metal objects and large solids that exceed the allowable passage of the pump, and it is strictly prohibited to enter flexible materials such as rubber, cotton, and plastic cloth, so as to avoid damaging the flow parts and blocking the impeller flow path, so as to desulfurize the power plant The pump is not working properly.
4. It is strictly forbidden to run the desulfurization and denitrification circulating pump in the evacuated state, because the pump runs in the evacuated state not only the vibration is severe, but also affects the life of the pump, so special attention must be paid.
5. Daily check whether the oil level in the bearing body is appropriate, the correct oil level is near the position of the oil level line, and should not exceed 2mmo.
6. Frequently check whether the power plant's desulfurization pump is running abnormally in sound, vibration, or leakage, and deal with it promptly if any problems are found.
7. In order to ensure the efficient operation of the desulfurization and denitrification pumps in power plants (after the pump has been used for a period of time, when the current drops slowly under the same operating conditions), the front gap must be adjusted regularly, which is generally adjusted before leaving the factory.
