What should be paid attention to when using stainless steel multi-stage deep well submersible pump?
Stainless steel multi-stage deep well submersible pump is a submersible pump with a stainless steel shell. It is widely used in water plants, hydropower stations (pumps for maintenance and leakage), thermal power plants (pumps for industry, life, fire protection, etc.), and steel plants (for iron pits) Pumps, etc.), agricultural irrigation, fire protection, municipal engineering, etc.
Working condition of stainless steel multi-stage deep well submersible pump:
1. The sewage pump series products are applicable when the rated voltage is 380V and the power frequency is 50Hz
2. The temperature of the medium does not exceed 40 degrees Celsius, the density of the medium is ≤1150kg/m3, and the PH value is between 5-9;
3. The altitude does not exceed 1000 meters;
4. The annual viscosity of the conveying medium does not exceed 1000CP;
5. The product must be fully submerged in the water during operation, but the diving depth must not exceed 10m;
Precautions for the use of stainless steel multi-stage deep well submersible pumps:
1. The well-used submersible pump should be used in a clean water source with a sand content of less than 0.01%. A pre-moisturizing water tank is installed in the pump room, and the capacity should meet the pre-moisturizing water volume required for one start-up.
2. For newly installed or overhauled deep well pumps, the gap between the pump casing and the impeller should be adjusted, and the impeller should not rub against the casing during operation.
3. The deep well submersible pump should be pre-lubricated by passing clean water into the shaft and bearing housing before operation.
4. Before starting the deep well submersible pump, the inspection items should meet the following requirements:
1) The foundation bolts of the base have been tightened;
2) The axial clearance meets the requirements, and the safety nut of the adjusting bolt has been installed;
3) The packing gland has been tightened and lubricated;
4) Motor bearings have been lubricated;
5) Rotating the motor rotor by hand and the stop mechanism are both flexible and effective.
5. Multi-stage deep well submersible pumps must not run idling without water. The primary and secondary impellers of the pump should be immersed below the water level of 1m. During operation, the changes in the water level in the well should be observed frequently.
6. During operation, when there is a large vibration around the foundation, check the wear of the pump bearing or the motor packing; when there is too much wear and water leakage, new parts should be replaced.
7. The deep well pump that has sucked and discharged mud and sand should be rinsed with clean water before stopping the pump.
8. Before stopping the pump, close the outlet valve, cut off the power supply, and lock the switch box. When it is out of service in winter, the water in the pump should be drained.
