What are the installation tips for chemical pumps

The chemical pump is a pump used in the chemical industry. It has corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and high temperature resistance. It is suitable for different media and acid and alkaline chemical solutions of any concentration. Don't worry about installing the chemical pump when you buy it. Our company will share with you based on years of experience and hope to help you.

1. The key to the technical installation of chemical pumps is to confirm the installation height of chemical pumps (that is, suction stroke). This height refers to the safe distance between the river surface of the water resources and the axis of the centrifugal impeller of the chemical pump. It is not to be confused with the allowable suction vacuum pump height. The allowable suction vacuum pump height indicated on the chemical pump product manual or factory nameplate refers to the chemical pump inlet pipe The value of the vacuum pump on the cross-section is measured under the conditions of 1 standard atmospheric pressure and water temperature of 20 degrees Celsius. It does not take into account the flow of water after the supporting facilities of the suction pipe. The installation height of the chemical pump should be such that the height of the suction vacuum pump is reduced after the suction pipe damages the pump head, and the remaining part of the standard value should be rid of the actual topographic suction height. The installation height of the chemical pump must not exceed the calculated value, otherwise, the chemical pump will not pump water.

2. The size of the hazard calculation value is that the friction resistance of the suction pipe damages the pump head. Therefore, the pipeline layout should be selected, and spare parts such as elbows should be avoided as much as possible. It can also be considered that the tap water pipe with a larger size is appropriately equipped to reduce the pipe. Outside water flow.

3. It should be emphasized that when the elevation and water temperature of the installation location of the chemical pump are different from the experimental standard, if the local altitude is about 300 meters or the water temperature of the delivered water exceeds 20 degrees Celsius, the measured value should be adjusted. That is, the atmospheric pressure bubbles at different altitudes and the saturated vapor pressure when the water temperature is higher than 20 degrees Celsius. However, when the water temperature is below 20 degrees Celsius, the saturated steam pressure is negligible.

4. From the technical point of view of pipeline construction, the suction pipe has strict tightness, no steam leakage or water leakage, otherwise it will damage the vacuum value at the inlet pipe of the chemical pump and reduce the water flow of the chemical pump. Can't pump water. Therefore, it is necessary to do a good job in the socket work of the pipeline to ensure the construction quality of the pipeline connection.
