Wear-resistant multi-stage centrifugal pump impeller balance plate material

The wear-resistant multi-stage centrifugal pump has the characteristics of high lift, high flow and high efficiency, and is widely used in mine drainage, urban and factory water supply processes. Wear-resistant multi-stage centrifugal pump flow components require excellent corrosion resistance, excellent wear resistance, and strong impact resistance. Generally, non-metallic materials (ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene) or corrosion-resistant metal materials (corrosion-resistant stainless steel or resistant Corrosion cast iron) production.

The wear-resistant multistage centrifugal pump balance disc is made of ball-milled cast iron and the balance ring is made of copper, which is more wear-resistant. The impeller is made of high-quality cast iron with blades inside. The liquid enters on one side of the axial direction. Because the impeller is pressured differently before and after, there must be an axial force. This axial force is borne by the balance disc. The impeller is manufactured by static balance test .
