The use and maintenance of corrosion-resistant stainless steel pump are as follows:

1. Check whether the joints of the pump and pipeline are loose. Rotate the pump by hand to see if the pump is flexible, and then try to see the rotation of the motor.
2. Add bearing lubricating oil to the suspension, and observe that the oil level should be between the two engraved lines of the oil mark.
3. Unscrew the screw plug of the pump body and fill it with water.
4. Close the gate valve of the outlet pipe, the outlet pressure gauge and the inlet vacuum gauge.
5. Start the motor. When the pump is running normally, the outlet pressure gauge and the inlet vacuum gauge will gradually open the gate valve after the proper pressure is displayed, while checking the motor load.
6. Try to control the flow and head of the pump within the range indicated on the pump label to ensure that the pump runs for a long time near the high efficiency point in order to obtain the greatest energy saving effect.
7. During the operation of the strong corrosion-resistant water pump, the temperature of the bearing does not exceed 35 degrees and the maximum temperature does not exceed 80 degrees.
8. If abnormal sound is found in the pump, stop immediately and check the cause.
9. When the corrosion-resistant stainless steel pump is to be stopped, first close the gate valve and pressure gauge, and then stop the motor.
10. During the first month of operation, the pump should change the lubricating oil after 100 hours. After that, change the oil every 500 hours.
11. Regularly adjust the packing gland to ensure normal dripping in the packing chamber.
12. When the corrosion-resistant stainless steel pump is used in the cold winter season, after stopping, unscrew the water drain plug at the bottom of the pump body to drain the water to prevent freezing and cracking.
13. If the pump is not used for a long time, the pump must be completely disassembled, the water must be wiped off, the rotating parts and the joints should be coated with grease and installed, and stored properly.
