The most important way to resolve this failure is to replace the worn or damaged impeller, and adjust the operating position of the existing device so that it can function normally.
3. Drain pump motor overload operation
The so-called overload operation means that during the operation of the motor of the water pump, the current passing through the water pump exceeds the corresponding range, resulting in abnormal operation of the equipment or increased friction, resulting in abnormal operation of the water pump. Next, if you want to eliminate the fault, it must be achieved through the overall maintenance of the motor, and the motor fault can be eliminated through the maintenance of its internal operation problems, and then the pump operation failure
4. There is vibration and sound when the drain pump is running
The running noise problem of water pumps is also a relatively common operation fault, usually caused by poor alignment of the pump shaft and motor shaft, bending and deformation of the pump shaft, cavitation in the operation of the pump, and friction of rotating parts. If none of the above problems If it exists, check whether the foundation and pump casing bolts are loose, and check whether the pump pipeline has obvious stress. If the stress is too large, it should be supported at the inlet or outlet to reduce or eliminate the stress. If necessary, disassemble and reinstall.
5. Drain pump water pump leakage fault
Leakage is one of the most common failures of water pumps, and it is also one of the most dangerous factors that endanger personal safety. The fault phenomenon is that when the switch knife is closed, the leakage protector in the transformer power distribution room will trip (if there is no leakage protector, it will be quite dangerous and cause the motor to burn out). This is mainly due to the ingress of water in the pump body, which reduces the insulation resistance of the pump motor windings and causes the protector to operate. At this time, use a shaker or a multimeter to measure the leakage resistance of the motor winding to the shell. The long-term use of the water pump has caused serious wear on the end face of the mechanical pump. Water infiltrates from this, soaking the motor windings and causing leakage. The dismantled water pump motor can be placed in a drying room, or dried with a 100-200w incandescent bulb; measure the infinite insulation resistance, then replace the mechanical seal with a new one, and then install the pump and put it into use.
6. Drain pump water pump oil leakage failure
The oil leakage of the water pump is mainly due to the serious wear of the sealing box, which causes oil leakage in the oil chamber of the sealing box or poor sealing at the outlet box. When the oil chamber of the sealed box leaks, oil stains can be seen at the water inlet section. There is a refueling hole at the water inlet section. Tighten a screw to observe whether water enters the oil chamber. If water enters the oil chamber, the seal is not good, and the sealing box should be replaced to prevent serious water entering the oil chamber and seeping into the motor. If there is oil at the root of the water pump cable, it is an oil leak in the motor. Generally, it is caused by poor sealing of the sealing rubber plug or unqualified use of the lead wire after the motor is rewinded; some are caused by the breakage of the water pump wiring board. After the inspection is confirmed, replace the qualified new product. It can also measure the degree of insulation of the motor.
