The correct installation steps of the brine pump

The correct installation of the brine pump mainly means that during the installation process, the position should meet the height of the full allowable vacuum. The foundation must be level and stable to ensure that the mechanical power is consistent with the rotation direction of the brine pump. First of all, the foundation plays the role of all the forces and moments produced by the fixed electric pumps, motors and pipelines. Therefore, the foundation pit should be carefully trimmed before the bottom plate of the pump and motor is not installed, and the surface should be smoothed. Pour the mortar to increase its firmness. The anchor bolts installed in the concrete must be properly and correctly fixed. The whole process of co-determination must be stable and level. After installing the bottom plate, the next step is to align the pump and the motor. This process is extremely important, otherwise the inner sealing ring will be damaged in a few days. Moreover, not only the alignment must be performed when the pump is installed, but also a re-check after the pipeline is connected. If the brine pump is used to transport the heated liquid, then when calibrating, the brine pump and pipeline should be heated to their normal operating temperature, and then the calibration should be performed. At the same time, it should be noted that the fixed only after thermal calibration It can be fixed on one side of the pipe or bottom plate, leaving room for changes in the thermal expansion and contraction of the system. Since the brine pump for desalinated water is characterized by a large flow rate change, the pressure pulsation generated will cause the pipeline to deform, expand, contract or shift, thereby affecting the accuracy of the pipeline

The correct installation steps of the brine pump

In order to avoid this phenomenon, the arrangement of the pipes can be changed to keep the brine pump under the best operating conditions. The specific method is to add a bypass pipe between the outlet and the inlet of the pump, and return the excess part to the inlet of the pump again, so as to meet the production needs and avoid the drastic change of the pump flow. The only shortcoming is that when using this method, some kilometers will inevitably be lost on the bypass and valve, especially for high-power brine pumps, which have low mechanical efficiency.
