Technical Standards for Multistage Centrifugal Pumps Used in Coal Mines
The technical standards of multi-stage centrifugal pumps for coal mines are suitable for coal mines to transport clean water and neutral mine water (particle size less than 0.5mm) with a solid particle content of not more than 1.5% (volume concentration), and other similar sewage, where the temperature of the transported medium is not high. Pump at 80°C.
Technical Standard Normative Reference Documents for Multistage Centrifugal Pumps Used in Coal Mines
The clauses in the following documents have become clauses of this standard after being quoted in this standard. For dated reference documents, all subsequent amendments (excluding errata content) or revisions do not apply to this standard. However, all parties that have reached an agreement based on this standard are encouraged to study whether the latest versions of these documents can be used . For undated reference documents, the latest version is applicable to this standard.

The basic parameters of the multi-stage centrifugal pump used in coal mines: flow, head and speed are recommended to comply with the provisions of JB/T1051 or according to the contract. The efficiency should meet the requirements of GB/T13007. The cavitation allowance should meet the requirements of GB/T13006, and the pump should meet the requirements of this standard, and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the specified procedures. The manufacturer should determine the allowable working range of the pump and draw the performance curve (the relationship curve between head, shaft power, efficiency, required cavitation allowance and flow).
The vibration intensity of the pump should meet the requirements of Class C in JB/T 8097-1999. When the pump speed is less than 600r/min, it is evaluated according to 600r/min.
The noise of the pump should meet the requirements of Class C in JB/T8098-1999.
