Structural characteristics of self-balancing centrifugal pump
Structural characteristics of self-balancing centrifugal pump
DP, DFP, DYP, MDP self-balancing centrifugal pumps are horizontal self-balancing centrifugal pumps, which are divided into single-suction multi-stage structure and double-suction multi-stage structure according to the suction form. The suction inlet is horizontal on the inlet section, and the outlet outlet is vertically upward on the outlet section. The inlet section, middle section, outlet section, and secondary inlet section of the pump are connected by tightening bolts. The head height can be increased or decreased. The number of stages (the suction port can be vertical according to user needs).
Self-balancing centrifugal pump structure characteristics:
- The main parts of the pump: inlet section, middle section, outlet section, secondary inlet section, positive guide vane, reverse guide vane, forward impeller, reverse impeller, shaft, throttling and pressure reducing device, stop sleeve, bearing body, Transition pipe etc.
- The rotor is composed of a positive impeller, a throttling and pressure reducing device, a reverse impeller, a shaft sleeve, a bearing stop sleeve and other parts mounted on the shaft; the bearing adopts a "fixed swimming" dry oil lubrication structure, and the driving end adopts a cylindrical roller bearing , The end adopts angular contact ball bearings.
3. The working chamber of the pump is composed of inlet section, middle section, outlet section, secondary inlet section, forward guide vane, reverse guide vane, transition pipe, etc.
- The sealing surfaces between the inlet section, middle section and outlet section of the pump are all sealed with sealant or "O" ring. Sealing rings and guide vane sleeves are installed between the rotor part and the fixed part for sealing. When the wear degree of the ring and guide vane sleeve has affected the working performance of the pump, they should be replaced in time.
5. There are two types of shaft seals: mechanical seal and packing seal. When the pump is sealed with packing, the position of the packing ring must be placed correctly, and the tightness of the packing must be appropriate. It is advisable for the liquid to leak out drop by drop. The various sealing elements of the pump are installed in the sealed cavity, and a certain pressure of water must be passed into the cavity to play the role of water sealing, water cooling or water lubrication. A replaceable shaft sleeve is installed at the shaft seal to protect the pump shaft.
6. This series of pumps are directly driven by the prime mover through an elastic coupling. Viewed from the direction of the prime mover, the pump rotates clockwise.
(The conventional configuration of the motor is Y series motor, and the YB/YB2 series explosion-proof motor is used in the occasion with flammable and explosive gas.)
