Start-up, operation and lubrication protection of mine wear-resistant pumps
Inspection before operation of mine wear-resistant pump
Before trial operation, you should turn the coupling or shaft by hand to check whether the steering is correct and whether the operation is flexible. If the disk does not move or there is an abnormal sound, it should be checked in time. When checking, first check whether the coupling is level from the outside, and check whether the position of the oil is near the center line of the oil glass from the oil glass hole on the bearing seat (too much should be let go, too little should be added) , Check while turning. If the problem still exists, disassemble the pump for inspection (please refer to the structure diagram and disassembly procedure in this manual when disassembling the pump), clean up foreign objects, and contact the factory to discuss solutions, and check at the same time Whether to add cooling water or add (store) cooling oil to the external cooling system.
Start-up steps of mine wear-resistant pump

Lubrication maintenance of bearing seat of mine wear-resistant pump
The lubricating oil (20# engine oil) should be replaced regularly in the bearing seat, and the replacement period is generally 6 months of operation. The oil level of the lubricating oil should be to the center line of the oil glass (see picture). If the oil level is too low, the lubrication effect will not be achieved, and the shaft power consumption load will increase if the oil level is too high.
