Specification for construction acceptance of pump installation engineering (1) 

   Section 1 General Provisions of Pumps

  The installation of the pump should conform to the national standard GB50275-1998 "Code for Construction and Acceptance of Fan, Compressor, and Pump Installation Engineering". This chapter applies to the installation of centrifugal pumps, well pumps, vertical axial flow pumps and guide vane mixed flow pumps, motorized reciprocating pumps, steam reciprocating pumps, metering pumps, screw pumps and water ring vacuum pumps.


   Article 1.1 The size, position and elevation of the installation foundation of the pump shall be checked and shall meet the engineering design requirements.
   Article 1.2 The unpacking inspection of the pump shall meet the following requirements:
  ①The parts and components of the pump should be counted according to the equipment technical documents, and there should be no missing parts, damage, rust, etc.; the nozzle protection and the plug cover should be intact;
  ②The main installation dimensions of the pump should be checked and should be consistent with the engineering design;
   ③The types and specifications of the main parts, seals and gaskets of the pumps that transport special media should be checked.
   Article 1.3 The parts that have been assembled and adjusted before leaving the factory shall not be disassembled.
   Article 1.4 When the driver is connected to the pump, the alignment should be based on the axis of the pump; when there is an intermediate machine connection between the driver and the pump, the alignment should be based on the axis of the intermediate machine.
   Article 1.5 The installation of pipelines shall not only meet the requirements of the current national standard "Code for Construction and Acceptance of Industrial Metal Piping Engineering", but shall also meet the following requirements:
  ①The inside of the pipe and the pipe end should be cleaned to remove debris; the sealing surface and thread should not be damaged;
  ②The suction pipe and the output pipe should have their own brackets, and the pump should not directly bear the weight of the pipe;
  ③ The end faces of the flanges that are connected to each other should be parallel; the axis of the threaded pipe joint should be in the middle, and the flange bolts or pipe joints should not be forcibly connected;
  ④After the pipeline is connected to the pump, the original alignment accuracy of the pump should be re-examined, and the pipeline should be adjusted when it is found that the pipeline connection causes a deviation;
  ⑤After the pipeline is connected to the pump, welding and gas cutting should not be performed on it; when welding and gas cutting are required, the pipeline should be removed or necessary measures should be taken, and welding slag should be prevented from entering the pump;
  ⑥ The configuration of the suction and discharge pipes of the pump should meet the design requirements. When there is no regulation, it can be carried out in accordance with the regulations in Appendix 2 of this code.
   Article 1.6 The pipes of lubrication, sealing, cooling and hydraulic systems should be cleaned and kept unobstructed; the pressure part should be tested for tightness according to the equipment technical documents. When there is no regulation, it shall be implemented in accordance with the current national standard "Code for Construction and Acceptance of Industrial Metal Pipeline Engineering".
   Article 1.7 The test operation of the pump shall be carried out after the individual auxiliary systems of the pump are in normal operation.
   Article 1.8 The pump should be tested in the presence of medium, and the medium or substitute medium used for the test run should meet the design requirements.


   Section 2 Centrifugal Pump
   Article 2.1 The cleaning and inspection of the pump shall meet the following requirements:
  ① The internal parts of the integrally delivered pump during the anti-rust guarantee period should not be disassembled, and only the exterior should be cleaned. When the anti-rust guarantee period is exceeded or there are obvious defects that need to be disassembled, the disassembly, cleaning and inspection shall meet the requirements of the equipment technical documents. When there is no regulation, the following requirements shall be met:
  1 The parts of the impeller should be cleaned after dismantling, and the impeller should not be damaged;
  2 The cooling water pipeline should be cleaned and kept unblocked;
  3 Pipeline pumps and coaxial pumps should not be disassembled;
  ②The cleaning and inspection of the disassembled pumps meet the following requirements:
  1 The main parts, components and ancillary equipment of the pump, the split surface and the set parts, and the end faces of the components shall not have scratches and scratches; the surface of the shaft shall not have cracks, crushes and other defects. After cleaning and removing moisture, lubricate the parts, missing parts and the surface of the equipment and place them according to the order of assembly;
  2 The vertical split surface of the pump casing is not suitable for disassembly and cleaning.
2.2 For integrally installed pumps, the horizontal deviation of longitudinal installation should not be greater than 0.10/1000, and the horizontal deviation of horizontal installation should not be greater than 0.20/1000, and the measurement should be performed on the flange surface of the pump inlet and outlet or other horizontal surfaces; The vertical and horizontal deviations of the disassembled pump shall not be greater than 0.05/1000, and the measurement shall be carried out on the horizontally divided surface, the exposed part of the shaft, and the horizontal processing surface of the base.
   Article 2.3 The alignment of the pump should meet the following requirements:
  1 When the drive shaft and the pump shaft, the drive shaft and the transmission shaft are connected by a coupling, the radial displacement, end face clearance, and axis tilt of the two halves of the coupling should meet the requirements of the equipment technical file. When there is no regulation, it shall comply with the current national standard "General Specification for Construction and Acceptance of Mechanical Equipment Installation Engineering);
  2 When the drive shaft and the pump shaft are connected by a belt, the parallelism of the two shafts and the deviation of the two wheels shall meet the requirements of the current national standard "General Specification for Construction and Acceptance of Mechanical Equipment Installation Engineering";
  3 When the pumps driven by the steam turbine and pumps for high temperature and low temperature liquids (boiler feed water pumps, hot oil pumps, cryogenic pumps, etc.) are aligned at room temperature, the compensation values ​​for temperature changes should be reserved in accordance with the design regulations.
2.4 When installing high-speed pumps or large-scale disintegrated pumps, the radial and end runout values ​​of main parts such as the rotor impeller, shaft sleeve, impeller sealing ring, balance disc, and journal should be measured, and the allowable deviation should comply with the equipment and technical documents. Regulations.
   2.5 The total radial clearance between the rotor part and the housing part should meet the requirements of the equipment technical file.
2.6 The front and rear axial clearances of the impeller in the volute, and the axial dimensions of the segmented multi-stage pump shall meet the requirements of the equipment technical documents; the thickness of the original gaskets between the planes of the multi-stage pump shall not be changed . The axial clearance between the balance disc (drum) and the balance sleeve of the high-temperature pump should be 0.04~0.08mm for single-shell segmental pumps, and 0.35~lmm for double-shell pumps; the gap between the thrust bearing and the thrust plate The total axial clearance should be 0.5~1mm for single-shell segmental pumps and 0.5~0.7mm for double-shell pumps.
   2.7 The center line of the impeller outlet should be aligned with the center line of the pump casing flow channel; the width of the impeller outlet should be within the width of the guide vane inlet when the balance plate and the balance plate are close to the multi-stage pump.
   Article 2.8 The back of the sliding bearing bush should fit closely to the bush seat, and its interference value should be in the range of 0.02 to 0.04mm; the top clearance and side clearance between the bush and the journal should meet the requirements of the equipment technical documents.
Article 2.9 The fit tolerance of rolling bearing and shaft and bearing seat, the axial clearance between rolling bearing and end cover, the axial expansion clearance caused by the temperature of the medium, the radial clearance of centripetal thrust bearing and its pre-tightening force shall all be in accordance with the equipment The requirements of technical documents are checked and adjusted. When there is no regulation, it shall be implemented in accordance with the current national standard "General Specification for Construction and Acceptance of Mechanical Equipment Installation Engineering".
   Article 2.10 The total radial clearance of the assembled packing seal shall meet the requirements of the equipment technical file. When there is no regulation, it shall meet the requirements of Table 4.2.10. After the packing is compressed, the liquid inlet of the packing ring and the liquid seal pipe shall be aligned or the packing ring shall be slightly outward.

Requirements for packing and sealing of water pump installation

   Article 2.11 The gap and contact requirements of mechanical seals, floating ring seals, labyrinth seals and other forms of shaft seals are in accordance with the requirements of the equipment technical documents. When there is no regulation, it shall comply with the current national standard "General Specification for Construction and Acceptance of Mechanical Equipment Installation Engineering".
   Article 2.12 After the shaft seal is assembled, the rotating rotor should be flexible; the axial movement of the rotor should meet the requirements of the equipment technical documents.
   Article 2.13 The inner shell of a double-shell pump. When assembling the shell, the centering should be maintained according to the equipment technical documents; the tension of the stud bolts and the rotation angle of the nut should meet the design requirements.
   Article 2.14 The inspection before the test operation of the pump shall meet the following requirements:
  ① The steering of the driver should match the steering of the pump;
  ② The steering of the pipeline pump and the coaxial pump should be ascertained;
  ③ The rotation direction of the canned motor pump should be checked;
  ④ There should be no looseness in the fixed connection parts;
   ⑤ The specification and quantity of lubricant added to each lubrication part should meet the requirements of the equipment technical documents; the parts with pre-lubrication requirements should be pre-lubricated according to the regulations;
  ⑥ All indicating instruments, safety protection devices and electronic control devices should be sensitive, accurate and reliable;
  ⑦ The cranking should be flexible and free from abnormal phenomena.
   Article 2.15 Before the high temperature pump is tested under high temperature conditions, it shall meet the following requirements in addition to Article 4.2.14 of this code:
  1 The pump body should be preheated before trial operation, the temperature should rise uniformly, and the hourly temperature rise should not exceed 50°C; the temperature difference between the surface of the pump body and the process pipeline with the working medium should not exceed 40°C;
  2 During preheating, the machine should be cranked for a half circle every l0min, and when the temperature exceeds 150℃, the machine should be cranked for a half circle every 5min;
  3 The expansion clearances at the sliding end bolts and the guide keys of the pump body shall meet the requirements of the equipment technical documents;
  4 The cooling fluid of the bearing part and the filling letter should be connected;
  5 The inlet valve and the vent valve should be opened, and the gas in the pump should be discharged. After preheating to the specified temperature, the vent valve should be closed.
   Article 2.16 Before the cryogenic pump is tested in a low-temperature medium, it shall meet the following requirements in addition to the requirements of Article 4.2.14 of this code:
  1 Open the bypass line before pre-cooling;
  2 Dehumidify the pipes and volutes according to the process requirements;
  3 When pre-cooling, all vent valves should be opened. It is advisable to use low-temperature gas for cooling first, then use low-temperature liquid to cool, slowly and evenly cool to the operating temperature until liquid flows out of the vent valve port, and then close the vent valve;
  4 When the pump adopts a mechanical seal, the air in the sealed cavity should be released.
   Article 2.17 The following requirements shall be met when the pump is started:
  一 The centrifugal pump should open the suction pipe valve and close the discharge pipe valve; high-temperature pumps and low-temperature pumps should be implemented in accordance with the equipment technical documents;
  2 The cooling water pipeline of the balance plate of the pump should be unblocked; the suction pipeline should be filled with conveying liquid and exhausted with air. It should not be started without liquid;
  3 After the pump is started, it should pass through the surge zone quickly;
  4 After the speed is normal, the valve of the outlet pipeline should be opened. The valve of the outlet pipeline should not be opened for more than 3 minutes, and the pump should be adjusted to the design condition, and it should not be operated at the hump of the performance curve.
   Article 2.18 The following requirements shall be met during the test operation of the pump:
  1 Each fixed connection part should not be loose;
  2 The rotor and all moving parts should operate normally, and there should be no abnormal sound and friction;
  3 The operation of the auxiliary system should be normal; the pipe connection should be firm and leak-free;
  4 The temperature of sliding bearings should not be greater than 70°C; the temperature of rolling bearings should not be greater than 80°C; the temperature of special bearings should meet the requirements of the equipment technical documents;
  5 The lubricating oil temperature, sealing fluid and cooling water temperature of each lubrication point should meet the requirements of the equipment technical documents; the lubricating oil must not have leakage and mist spray;
  6 The safety protection and electronic control device of the pump and the instruments of each part should be sensitive, correct and reliable;
     7 The leakage of mechanical seals should not be greater than 5mL/h, the leakage of packing seals should not be greater than those specified in Table 4.2.18, and the temperature rise should be normal; impurity pumps and transporting toxic, harmful, flammable, explosive and other media The leakage of the pump and seal should not be greater than the specified value in the design.
   8 For centrifugal pumps with a working medium specific gravity less than 1, when using water for trial operation, the current of the motor should be controlled not to exceed the rated value, and the water flow should not be less than 20% of the rated value; use toxic, harmful, flammable, explosive particles, etc. The test operation of the pump with the medium in operation shall meet the requirements of the equipment technical documents;
  9 The cryogenic pump must not be operated under throttling;
  10 The pump that needs to measure the vibration value of the bearing body should be measured under the condition of running without cavitation; the measurement method of the effective value of the vibration velocity can be implemented in accordance with Appendix 2 of this code;
  11 The continuous test run time of the pump at the rated working condition point should not be less than 2h; the test run time of the high-speed pump and the pump with special requirements should meet the requirements of the equipment technical file.
   Article 2.19 After the pump stops trial operation, it shall meet the following requirements:
  1 The inlet valve of the centrifugal pump should be closed, and the valves of the auxiliary system should be closed in turn after the pump has cooled down;
  2 The shutdown of the high-temperature pump should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the equipment technical documents; after parking, it should be turned for a half circle every 20 to 30 minutes, until the pump body is cooled to 50 ℃;
      3 When the cryogenic pump is stopped, when there is no special requirement, the pump should always be filled with liquid; the suction valve and the discharge valve should be kept normally open; the cryogenic pump with double-ended mechanical seal, the liquid level controller and the sealing liquid in the pump seal cavity The priming pressure of the pump should be maintained;
  4 pumps that transport media that are easy to crystallize, solidify, precipitate, etc., after stopping the pump, prevent blockages, and flush the pumps and pipelines with clean water or other media in time;
  5 The liquid accumulated in the pump should be cleaned to prevent corrosion and frost cracking.

  Type: Standard Specification for Ventilation and Air Conditioning
   Section 8 Screw Pump
   Article 3.1 When the screw pump is installed during the anti-rust guarantee period, it may not be disassembled and washed. When the anti-rust guarantee period is exceeded and there are obvious defects, the equipment shall be disassembled and washed according to the provisions of the equipment technical documents.
   Article 3.2 The leveling and alignment of the pump shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of Article 2.2 and Article 2.3 of this code.
   Article 3.3 The pump shall meet the following requirements before trial operation:
  1 Independently check that the steering of the driver should match the steering of the pump;
  2 Each fastening connection part should not be loose;
  3 The specification and quantity of lubricants added should meet the requirements of the equipment technical documents;
  4 The liquid flow path of the pump should be cleaned;
  5 When the temperature of the conveyed liquid is higher than 60℃, it should be preheated according to the equipment technical documents.
   Article 2.4 Before starting, the pump should be filled with delivery liquid, and it should be started with the inlet valve and outlet valve fully opened.
   Article 2.5 The following requirements shall be met during the test operation of the pump:
  1 When the pump is at the specified speed, the pressure should be gradually increased to the specified pressure for trial operation; the trial operation time at the specified pressure point should not be less than 30min;
  2 There should be no abnormal sound and vibration during operation, and there should be no leakage on each joint surface;
  3 The bearing temperature rise should not be higher than 35℃ or 20℃ higher than the oil temperature;
  4 The leakage of packing seals or mechanical seals should meet the requirements of the equipment technical documents. If there are no regulations, they should meet the relevant regulations of Article 4.2.18 of this code;
  5 The safety valve should work sensitively and reliably.
   Article 2.6 The pump and pipeline should be cleaned after stopping the pump to prevent blockage.
   Section 9 Water Ring Vacuum Pump
   Article 2.7 When the water ring vacuum pump is installed during the anti-rust guarantee period, it may not be disassembled and washed. When there is an abnormality or the anti-rust guarantee period is exceeded, it should be disassembled and cleaned, and the following requirements should be met:
  1 The disassembly sequence of parts and components should comply with the provisions of the equipment technical documents.
   2 parts and components should be free of rust; after being cleaned and qualified, the mating surface should be coated with a thin layer of lubricating oil:
  3 gaskets at both ends of the impeller should be replaced in strict accordance with the thickness and quantity specified by the equipment technology.
   Article 2.8 The leveling and alignment of the pump shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Article 2.2 and Article 1.2 of this code.
   Article 2.9 The installation of the gas-water separator shall meet the following requirements:
  1 The deviation of the installation level should not be greater than 1/1000;

       2 The pipeline connected to the pump should not be too long; the flange joint surface should be tight;
  3 The water inlet of the gas-water separator should be connected to the external water supply pipe, and the pipe should be kept unblocked.
   Article 2.10 The pump shall meet the following requirements before trial operation:
  1 The crank should be flexible and free of obstruction;
  2 The vacuum control valve should be adjusted to a proper opening;
  3 The cooling water pipeline at the filling point of the pump should be unblocked;
  4 Clean water should be injected into the pump body, and the cranking can be started only after it is flushed and cleaned.
   Article 2.11 The following requirements shall be met during the test operation of the pump:
  1 The pump should run at the specified speed and within the working range, and the continuous trial run time should not be less than 30min;
  2 The water supply of the pump should be normal; the water temperature and water supply pressure should meet the requirements of the equipment technical documents;
  3 The temperature rise of the bearing should not be higher than 30℃, and its temperature should not be higher than 75℃;
  4 Each connection part should be tight and no leakage;
  5 There should be no abnormal sound and vibration during operation.
   Article 2.12 After the test run is over, the water in the pump should be drained, and then the pump should be rinsed clean with clean water.
