2. When the new machine starts pumping, first wipe off the protective oil on the pump shaft and other parts. Check carefully whether the impeller rotates normally, whether the pump shaft rotates flexibly, whether the bearing clearance is appropriate, whether the gasket between the joint surfaces of the pump body is damaged, whether the components are connected firmly, and whether the water inlet hose leaks water or air leaks. If there is a problem, it should be fixed in time.
3. The water pump and power machinery must be installed firmly. It is necessary to ensure that the shaft of the water pump is parallel to the shaft of the power machine; when installing the belt, pay attention to the loose edge of the belt to increase the transmission efficiency.
4. When the electric locomotive is used to drive the water pump to pump water, it is strictly forbidden to start the operation of the two water pumps at the same time to prevent excessive current in the entire line, which may burn out the motor and cause undue economic losses.
5. Check whether the inlet valve of the water pump is blocked by weeds in time. Pay attention to whether the flow head meets the performance requirements. Once a problem is found, it must be eliminated immediately to ensure normal operation.
6. When stopping the water pumping, the pressure valve must be closed first, then stop the operation and remove the belt. When the machine is not used for a long time, the whole machine should be cleaned carefully and the water in the pump should be completely discharged. The parts and parts of the machine that are easy to rust should be coated with protective oil to prevent the pump from rusting.
