Sewage pump manual automatic wiring diagram
Sewage pump manual automatic wiring diagram
Sewage pump is suitable for conveying urban sewage, feces or liquid medium containing fibers, paper dust and other solid particles, usually the temperature of the conveyed medium is not more than 80 ℃, it is a kind of centrifugal impurity pump, widely used in urban water supply and drainage and industrial and mining The transportation and discharge of sewage, mud, feces, ash, paper pulp, etc. of the enterprise can also be used as circulation pumps and farmland irrigation pumps. The sewage pump has good performance, stable operation, low vibration, high reliability, easy installation, easy operation and automatic control.
During manual control: Turn the transfer switch to the "manual" position, the power and manual contacts are connected, SB2 is the manual start button, SB1 is the manual stop button, and the KM action of the sewage pump contactor is manually controlled.
During automatic control: turn the switch to the "automatic" position, the power supply and automatic contact are connected, and the contactor KM is controlled by the liquid level gauge.
If the liquid level gauge outputs a jog signal at the high and low levels of the water level during automatic control, two intermediate relays can be added to control. As shown below:
The manual control is the same as above. During automatic control, when the level gauge outputs a jog signal at a high level, the intermediate relay KA2 will pull in, as shown in the figure, the KA2 normally open contact will be closed once, so that the contactor KM will pull in and protect itself, and the sewage pump will work when the water level drops to a low level. At this time, the liquid level gauge outputs a low-level jog signal to control the intermediate relay KA1 to pull in and turn off the normally closed point, so that the contactor KM is powered off and released, and the sewage pump stops. KA1 is equivalent to a stop button, KA2 is equivalent to a start button.
